Pros:

The property is in a great location and David on reception helped us with everything we needed.

Cons:

There was some noise from outside which is to be expected from such a lively location but there was some loud music until early morning around 1am so earplugs would be recommended.

Hors de prix pour rien
Cons:

Photos trompeuses, hôtel quelconque et chambre deluxe avec fenêtre qui donne sur un mur. Nous avons quitté l’établissement pour aller ailleurs. Hanoï en général vent très cher des prestations de mauvaise qualité. On abuse de la clientèle pour se retrouver dans le vieux quartier complètement dénaturé par le surtourisme et la multitude d’échoppes de souvenirs et autre sac de voyages… Quitte à payer cher autant aller dans des vrais hôtels haut de gamme.

Some of the staff could not speak English and were very unhelpful. Asked for an extra pillow for my mum and they said no.
