Vacaciones en familia.
Pros:

Un hotel con encanto, cerca del centro. El personal excelente. Beatrice una chica muy atenta y encantadora. Joan un gran compañero.

Très bon sejour mis à part des contraintes imposées dans le choix du petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Le confort, la propreté de la chambre et les équipements modernes et fonctionnels. L’amabilité du personnel.

Pas de possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner classique avec pain, beurre et confiture,…
Pas de possibilité d’avoir plusieurs boisson froides ou chaudes.

Great location, lovely building, clean throughout, size and layout of the room exceeded expectations, staff immensely helpful, friendly and accommodating. All in all, a perfect stay.

The property itself is excellent: great location, very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception was disappointing. Before my arrival, I was sent the wrong access code, which caused a delay getting into the property after my late-night flight. In addition, my key card stopped working almost every day. I was doing laundry during my stay, and each time I needed access to the laundry room, I had to return to reception to have my card reactivated.

I would also like to mention one of the female receptionists. My interactions with her left an unpleasant impression. She seemed friendly at first, but whenever I needed assistance, her attitude noticeably changed. I have no complaints about the other reception staff.

Overall, the property is wonderful, but the reception service could definitely be improved.

En general todo el apartamento muy bien, y de "Gama Alta"...

Las dos camas superiores,tienen la incómodidad de subir y bajar por los dos escalones que hay para acceder sobre todo por las noches que.es hasta peligroso.La situación del apartamento, que Sí, es céntrico, pero tienes que acceder por una calle nada recomendable ,por su gente..) con un desnivel de subida muy grande, y la distancia será de 100 metros, que llegas exhausto a ella..y con el calor de junio, fue muy duro.....Tenerlo en cuenta..

Superschönes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, enttäuschendes Frühstuck.
Pros:

Frühstück war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Statt eines Buffets musste man mit dem Handy alles bestellen und konnte pro Kategorie nur eine Sache bestellen auch wenn man von anderen Kategorien gar nichts wollte. Für Reisende mit Glutenunverträglichkeit gab es kaum Auswahl.
