The room not well ready to live in tell they clean it and it was very small and to hard to move in.
No bill boy to help carrying our luggage 😢.

I believe there's room for improvement in staff training regarding customer service standards and currency exchange procedures. During my stay, I encountered inconsistent exchange rates across three transactions - from fixed rates to current market rates - which created confusion about the hotel's pricing policy.
I also experienced some communication challenges with one staff member that felt unnecessarily personal rather than professional. While I understand that hospitality involves mutual courtesy, the interaction became confrontational without clear cause, which detracted from the overall guest experience. Interestingly, this same staff member once provided incorrect change (significantly overpaying me), which I promptly returned to maintain transparency.
On a positive note, I must commend Aiza and Madina for their consistently professional service and helpful attitude throughout my stay.
