Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen - mit ein paar Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich 5 Fußminuten entfernt, zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum sind es 10 Minuten und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 20-25 Minuten.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, das Warmwasser im Bad ließ sich ebenfalls gut regeln.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Frühstücks-Auswahl am Buffet war in Ordnung.

Cons:

- Man hörte nachts recht viel Verkehrslärm
- Die Minibar (Kühlschrank) war nachts sehr laut, ich musste den Stecker ziehen
- Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht zuverlässig
- Das WLAN hätte etwas stabiler sein können
- Am zweiten Tag ging ich um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück - es war fast nichts mehr da und wurde auch nicht neu aufgefüllt

Perfect stay in Bishkek
Pros:

Great & central Location, everything clean, Gym available, very good breakfast. It was also possible to store my luggagge due to early arrival. Very friendly staff!

Pros:

The crew was extreme nice to us, they helped us a lot with parking, breakfast boxes, early check in and calling taxis. The location is very good, close to three shopping malls and the main avenue. Thank you again!

Pros:

Great hotel, highly recommended. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. They have a restaurant next door and bonus is having breakfast here that runs up to 11am. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service is great. Close to several shopping malls and tours could pick up from outside the hotel. Overall a great stay.

Staff very helpful
Pros:

Staff were helpful and gave us change to help us pay for our Yandex from the airport. Good location and rooms were clean and large room size.

Pros:

This is a nice hotel in a good location in the city. Breakfast is held in a cafe (Lesnoy) which is connected to the hotel, and that location is very nice. The breakfast spread is very good. The fitness center/gym was small but still good. The rooms have recently been updated which is nice.

Pros:

Чистый уютный отель, находится в центре. Мы жили на 6 этаже, совсем было не шумно.
Чудесный ресторан при отеле, все было вкусно, а также большие порции. Невероятно дружелюбный и открытый персонал😍

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut.
Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Blumen an der Decke haben eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gemacht.
Die Kellner konnten teilweise sogar deutsch.

Die Lage war super, direkt im Zentrum.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Haben bei unser Abreise auch ein Lunchpaket
bekommen.

Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Wir waren insgesamt fünf Personen von unserer Familie.
Und alle waren begeistert.
