I loved this hotel, so I came back to stay again!
Pros:

Location - easy to walk to sites in the city or get a Yandex very quickly.
Front desk staff were so helpful, breakfast selection and quality was outstanding. Room was large and super clean. I liked this hotel so much, this is my second time to stay.

Cons:

I can't think of anything to improve on

it is worth to visit Bishkek, just to stay in this hotel

The breakfast and the restaurant are amazing

Cons:

It was weird to see countries written next to the guests' names. For some reason, 'Russia' was put next to my name. Where did that come from? Maybe my name sounds similar, but it is Ukrainian, not Russian—and I hold a German passport. It was very irritating to see the name of this horrible country next to my name.

Sehr sauber und tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber! Die Lage im Zentrum von Bishkek ist ideal, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war auch gut. Das Zimmer war bereits im 11 Uhr bezugsfertig, was sehr angenehm war.

Cons:

Für Kirgisistan ist der Preis relativ hoch, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein.

Attention to detail would result in a higher score - good location though
Pros:

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and banks and all easily walkable

The on site bar and restaurant is excellent although the service can be excrutiatingly slow, and the hotel was unable to process any of my cards via Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard. Turned out that the hotel's bank does not accept accounts registered in Cyprus although every other establishment in the country managed to take my money just fine, including the hotel restaurant. Ended up having to make a transfer to someone's credit card in order to pay the hotel bill.

Various lights didn't work in the hotel room, but a technician fixed the issue when advised.
The shower overflowed because the drain was full of someone else's hair.
Attention to detail would make all the difference.

Понравилось абсолютно все - чисто, кровать огромная, свежее постельное белье, приветливый персонал.
Если ещё буду в Бишкеке, то обязательно остановлюсь здесь

Pros:

We arrived earlier than planned, and the staff did their best to get us rooms for check-in as early as they could (while holding our bags as well before we were able to check-in). The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Showers had ample hot water too.

Excellent stay in well located hotel
Pros:

Good restaurant on site - excellent quality food. Lots of variety for breakfast. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, great location to get around to see the sites. Felt very safe walking around in the evening

Cons:

No complementary water in my room - as it's hot in the daytime, that would have been appreciated. Also I would have loved o e English speaking TV station to access - say BBC Newsworld ... but that's just me

Pros:

Evropa Hotel was very communicative and helpful in botha the leaders up to our stay (changing arrival times due to car trouble) and accommodating to help hold luggage before our multi-day trek the following morning. They helped arrange transport to the airport and even provided breakfast to go since our transfer was early in the morning. The staff was so kind and informative with our questions, and the rooms themselves were very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong pressure.
