Pros:

Вкусный завтрак, но официант был неприветлив. В номере был свежий ремонт, практически без недостаточков. Чистота. Удобные кровати. Бесплатная сауна. Теннисный стол.

Cons:

Шум от дороги мешает спать. Звук сигнализации и проезжающего транспорта был слышен в номере. Оборудование с спортзале сломано.
Оставил неприятное впечатление выезд. Мы попросили трансфер в аэропорт на пять человек (среди них трое детей) и заказать нам подходящий авто, например, минивен. Но администратор заказала седан и сказала сесть вчетвером, с детьми на коленях на задний ряд. Это было ужасно, не поместились не только мы, но и наши чемоданы. Мы попросил перезаказать нам минивен, из-за этого пришлось ждать более 30 минут.

Свежий, хороший отель, чисто, отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки!

Cons:

Отель расположен на углу перекрестка, с двух сторон дорога, очень шумно, даже на 6 этаже, сильный шум от машин и мотоциклов....

My room was on a second floor, and it was located above technical room (I think so), so all night long I heard a monotone vibration from the ventilation. It was quite disturbing

Pros:

High end place in Bishkek which, after 2 weeks hiking/horse riding, was sorely needed. The personnel was really helpful, we had an early flight (before regular breakfast time) and they made us a packed breakfast! Rooms were large and very comfortable. We went to the adjacent Lesnoy bar for dinner and it was delicious.

A welcoming, clean, good value hotel close to the centre of Bishkek
Pros:

The Evropa is conveniently situated close to the centre of Bishkek, which meant that we could walk comforatbly and safely to the sights we wanted to visit. We arranged a transfer from the airport that was very efficient. My room was large and comfortable, if a little bland (some colour would have been welcome!), and the bed was just the right degree of hardness for me. The breakfast was excellent - there was a good choice.
The best, though, were the staff, who were withoutr exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is just what you want when you arrive for the first time in a new city.

Качественная чистая четверка, вкусные завтраки, хорошие матрасы
Pros:

Номера чистые, душ с сильным напором воды, матрасы комфортные. При отеле кафе «Лесной», там завтраки. Можно также пообедать и поужинать. Почти все меню достойное.
Заселили за 50% доплаты ночью, это очень удобно для ночных рейсов. Приветливый персонал, подсказывает как лучше ориентироваться в городе.

Cons:

Район не очень удобный.

Pros:

The staff is friendly and accommodating. We booked an airport pick-up from the hotel and accidentally my husband left his backpack in the car, but the hotel managed to arrange with the driver to deliver the bag on the same day. The room size is enough for 2, I like the working space they provide in the room, making me comfortable when I need to work with laptop. The restaurant where we have the breakfast is nicely decorated, love it! The location is strategic, in the center. Overall, all is good.

Cons:

The hot water is not stable, not a big issue thou, however it's better if it can be improved.
