Exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a perfect stay in the heart of Bishkek
Pros:

We arrived at 2 AM while check-in was only from 2 PM. Even though no rooms were available, the staff kindly provided us with a small room with sofas where we could rest while waiting. They gave us our room at 9 AM free of charge, although they could have charged us for an early check-in. The room was spotless, the location is perfect, and all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay

Excellent hotel for exploring Bishkek
Pros:

Excellent and well-located hotel in Bishkek, close to the centre of town and in walking distance to major tourist attractions. We stayed there twice and each time found the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant offers a good range of meals and is beautifully decorated with live plants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The airconditioning was working well even on hot days.

Cons:

The restaurant could offer a few more vegetarian options

Pros:

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Danke für alles! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, das Zentrum ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, ebenso eine große Mall. Habe mich als Frau allein immer sehr sicher gefühlt, auch nachts. Tolles Frühstück!

Cons:

Das Comfort-Zimmer ist 1A, aber im Standard-Zimmer gab es Schimmel im Bad, welches generell ziemlich heruntergekommen ist.

Pros:

Останавливались в отеле «Европа» в Бишкеке и остались очень довольны! Отличный сервис, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, который всегда готов помочь. Номера чистые, уютные и комфортные, всё продумано для приятного отдыха. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, расположение тоже очень удобное — легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей и торговых центров. Спасибо всей команде отеля за тёплый приём! Обязательно остановимся здесь снова и с удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто приезжает в Бишкек.

Excellent option in Bishkek - less expensive and just as good as the western chain hotels
Pros:

Location is good, could be a little closer to the main parts of the city but it was also very hot the day that I was there, so my desire to walk was limited. It is actually well-located if you don't mind walks of ~1 mile through a very pleasant cityscape.

Cons:

Not really anything! Mine was a short stay but I easily would have been comfortable staying longer. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful with any requests. Room was clean and comfortable.
