Don't be fooled just by looking the pictures on the website, it is really not the same at the hotel

the staff was great, they knew how to speak english, the food was very good too.

I recently stayed at The Crew Express Hotel in Medan, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was not up to standard. There was a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom, and I found tissue paper left behind the TV from the previous guest. The walls were dirty, which really impacted the overall feel of the room. To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t accept credit cards, even though their website clearly stated that they did, which caused a major inconvenience since I only had a card with me.

Pros:

Close to the airport, airport shuttle. Clean, comfortable, good to stay for an early flight. Aircon works fine, didn't have time for the breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing around just to walk to, airportshuttle was half an hour late.

Great Hotel for a night before catching your flight
Pros:

Great location, clean and spacious room for a person. Hot shower, good wifi. Free shuttle to the airport of Medan.

Cons:

There is a restaurant with a big menu but only fried rice or noodles were available. Not a big deal but a bit disappointing.

Comfortable stay near the airport.
Pros:

Near the airport, with pickup service. Friendly and helpful staff. We took a Grab the next day, but when the driver saw us he wanted to double the amount. With help from the staff we got a shared taxi.

Cons:

The choice in breakfast was toast or Asian and no fruits.
