La simpatía del personal,
Habitaciones muy básicas....la nuestra solo tenía 6 perchas en.una pequeña barra con soporte(ningún armario) y ni un cajón . Muy difícil organizarnos
It was close to our son's house
A lot of road noise
We arrived early and ordered food, we were then able to check in early, the staff were very friendly and helpful
The staff were lovely, the bedrooms were nice and clean
It was a convenient location
The room was clean
Abit noisy
Staff extremely good
Dated decor, no air con.
It’s handy for where we need ,it’s clean and well maintained .
Nothing .
Nice big room, shower and bath. Room at back of hotel.
Spacious room, ideal location for my needs, super friendly staff, secure parking, 11am check out, big coffee/tea cup
Bed very uncomfortable, curtains too thin, like tissue paper, making room too light to sleep in, especially given it overlooked traffic lights n street lamp
The breakfast was good, and the staff member who served it was friendly and very funny.
The hotel is very close to a bus stop, which makes commuting to the city centre easy.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was spacious and clean.
I tried calling the hotel before arriving, but received no reply. At my arrival, at around 7pm, I had to wait at the reception for about ten minutes, after ringing a bell to call a member of staff. Some staff walked by, but did not acknowledge me. I appreciate they might have been busy (although the pub did not seem busy to me), and a simple acknowledgement of my presence would have been enough. I eventually went around to the pub area to find a member of staff who could help me, before being told I had to wait longer. This was not tragic, but not pleasant either.
The walls of my room were very thin, and I could clearly hear people having conversations in other rooms, as well as the noise from the pub downstairs. I could hear people walking along the corridor or up and down the stairs. The room was also very grey. A bit of colour would be enough to brighten up the space :)
