Just right for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was small but warm and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. It had all I needed for a short stay of a few nights while working and visiting family in the nearby area. It was also very quiet given its location on a busy junction. All the staff I met were very friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the cooked breakfast.

A warm welcome with helpful staff a comfy bed and a great location
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. The kids got pancakes and nutella and the staff were very friendly. The beds were comfy. The room was cosy to come back to and a decent size.

Cons:

Kitchen smells in the bathroom and the free wifi was a bit patchy in our room.

I would return as used the corner house several times before. Great links to the coast and town.
Pros:

Breakfast was enjoyable and good value. You also had choice.

Good place to stay in Newcastle
Pros:

Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming
Room was fine, warm with everything we needed
Free carparking was a bonus
Great location for us, both destinations we needed to get to in Newcastle were in easy reach
This was my second stay here.

Unlikely to stay again, not worth £91 with breakfast
Pros:

Handy location, parking at the rear.

Cons:

Pub is a little grim, shower dribbled - very poor power, staff pretty miserable.
