Awesome hotel

The hotel is beautiful in traditional Thai style. But the decor needs improvement.

Dated hotel but because it was originally done to a very high standard, has stood the test of time. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the shower was powerful. For the money I don’t think you can beat it.

This is a huge 3 - 4 star hotel in need of some refurbishing, but it's a great value for the price and so many amenities. Their gym is small and difficult to find, but the hotel is centrally located in the heart of Khon Kaen and I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Also right around the corner is the hotel Ad Lib which has a Sky bar with wonderful views of the city. Nearby there's an amazing, old school, Jazz bar which makes wonderful cocktails with great ambiance and good conversation.

Friendly service and a hotel which is close to everything in the city.

Property needs renovation

The hotel had a lot of convenient places to go.

Property need a revamp but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Supplied normal amenities you expect from a hotel like this. Area was fantastic to getting to shops and dining. Has a old school charm to the place. I would stay again with family.

It was convinient, big room, central in town, good parking. Remember you could turn of the lamps manual also:-)

Poor internet connection and a bit outdated

1. The bath tube - very hard to step in and out of as the sides were very hard. 2. Lights and electrical. Was forced to leave entry lighr, picture light and night lires on. If they were turned off, all power, oncuding electric ourlets were turned off. Great staff and parking.

Arranged sight unseen at short notice apart to access to underground parking not being easily accessible for someone with mobility issues absolutely no complaints. Friendly and helpful, respectful staff. Facilities clean and in good condition.

I enjoy the friendly service, clean pool. Nice to stay in a hotel that keeps its retro '90s vibe.

Staff always helpful. The room itself was spacious but furniture wise a little outdated. It was a comfortable stay and my visit was never a problem.

Ok property for the price . Wifi is poor and limited functional electrical outlets

Everything went per plan and hotel was great value overall with great service by all

Because of booking through Travelocity, a typucal Thai hotel room with breakfast was limited to room only.
The electrical was a mystery, shower head was broken, zero oulets for coffee maker and chargers. It's just an old hotel that has seen it's day.

Hotel is old and tired but very good value for money .
Central location was good and breakfast was good
Nice large cool water swimming pool
I have stopped at pulman before butthos hotel is far better value .
