Pros:

Everything from chek in to the breakfast was top -notch , highly recommended for anyone who would visit the hotel
The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way , I will definitely be back . The view from my room was heartbreaking, being right in the almost forest , nature just by one word impressed me

Unser Aufenthalt im Krone Heritage Hotel Sarajevo war einfach perfekt!
Pros:

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und professionell. Wir wurden sogar mit einem Upgrade überrascht, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das perfekte, moderne Bad alles war makellos sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frische, hochwertige Produkte und eine tolle Auswahl, besser kann man nicht in den Tag starten! Auch das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Es war für uns so schön, dass wir nach unserer Bosnien-Rundreise ganz bewusst noch einmal hierher zurück kommen, um unsere Reise genau hier ausklingen zu lassen. Das sagt eigentlich alles!

Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sve preporuke za izuzetan hotel.
Pros:

Hotel je na prelijepom mjestu i izuzetno čist. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno. Hotel nam je dodijelio bolji smjestaj tj. dobili smo superior sobu iako smo bukirali ekonomik. Dorucak je bio jako bogat i raznovrstan a ponuda kolača je bila izuzetna i odličnog su bili ukusa i kvaliteta.

Heritage hotel Krone recommend. Рекомендуем этот отель
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Завтраки отличные. Ресторан работает до 23 часов. Чисто, уютно, комфортно.

Cons:

Может быть мы пропустили в описании отеля, но только после заселения узнал что Отель в категории Халяль Отель. Т.е. никакого алкоголя включая пиво там нет. Не особо страшно, так как примерно на расстоянии 1 км можно найти Минимаркет торгующий вином и пивом, не помню насчёт более крепких напитков. Но это замечание для тех, кто такой-же ленивый как я и предпочитает в самом ресторане отеля заказывать пиво :-)
