للأسف كانت من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة اللي مرت علي، والتجربة كانت سيئة جدًا من جميع النواحي.

من أول ما دخلنا الغرفة وهي غير نظيفة، وفيها حشرات بشكل واضح وفي أكثر من مكان وزاوية بالغرفة، وهذا الشي كان مزعج جدًا وما خلانا نحس بالراحة. غير كذا، المكيف ما كان شغال والغرفة كانت حارة وغير مناسبة للنوم.

الحمام بعد كان سيئ، وما فيه شطاف، وهذا بالنسبة لنا شيء أساسي.

والأسوأ من كل هذا كان طريقة التعامل مع المشكلة. لما طلبت من الموظفة ناديا استرجاع المبلغ بسبب حالة الغرفة وعدم عمل المكيف، رفضت الطلب. وبعد التواصل مع الإدارة، كان الرد إنه “خليهم ينامون وبكرا يصير خير، ومالهم إلا اللي يرضيهم”. وبناءً على هذا الكلام اضطرينا للأسف ننام في الغرفة ونفتح الشبابيك، رغم أن الغرفة كانت غير مريحة وفيها حشرات والمكيف ما كان شغال.

في اليوم التالي، رجعنا وتكلمنا عن الموضوع وسألنا: وش الحل؟ ووش التعويض أو الرضاوة اللي بتقدمونها؟ لكن الأستاذ مفيد، مدير الفندق، قال لنا إنهم ما يقدرون يرجعون لنا المبلغ لأننا نمنا في الغرفة تلك الليلة.

وهذا الشي بصراحة غير منطقي بالنسبة لي، لأننا من البداية طلبنا استرجاع المبلغ بسبب المشاكل الموجودة في الغرفة، لكن تم رفض الطلب وطلب منا الانتظار لليوم التالي، وبعد ما اضطرينا نقضي الليلة في الغرفة، تم استخدام هذا الأمر كسبب لرفض استرجاع المبلغ.

بصراحة، أقل شيء كنت أتوقعه هو الاهتمام بشكوى العميل ومحاولة إيجاد حل عادل، خصوصًا أن المشكلة كانت واضحة وتم الإبلاغ عنها في نفس وقت الإقامة، لكن للأسف ما حصلنا على التعامل المتوقع.

التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا من ناحية النظافة، الحشرات، المكيف، الحمام، والتعامل مع الشكوى. وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة مستوى النظافة والصيانة وطريقة التعامل مع الضيوف، لأن مثل هذي الأمور تفرق كثير في تجربة العميل.

بكل صراحة، كانت من أسوأ الإقامات اللي جربتها، وما أنصح بالسكن فيه بناءً على تجربتي.

Beautifully located hotel, very close to SSST University, which was extremely convenient. The building itself is lovely — beautifully restored, with a lot of character and charm.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom had visible mold, which was quite disappointing. Another downside was the breakfast: there is no proper coffee included, only instant coffee. If you want a real coffee, you have to pay extra for it.
