I have used this hotel 3 times, and I am going again this week.
Pros:

This location is not in the Sarajevo city center. It is closer to the airport. This was great for me, because I had 3 days of work in an industrial zone northwest of the Sarajevo, and it was very easy to get from this hotel to the highway, and back.
Location is also at the edge of the park, and near one of the rivers, in a very quiet part of town. There are several good restaurants and bars nearby, and also a small shopping mall is within walking distance.

I have tried several other hotels in Sarajevo in the past, and since I have found this one - I have booked my stay in Krone last 3 times, plus twice for my colleagues.
This is not the best hotel in Sarajevo, but at the rates they gave me, it was definitely best in terms of value for the price.

Hotel has parking that is included in the price. One night there was some party in hotel's restaurant, and all the parking spaces were full. I asked at the front desk, and they provided parking across the street in a paid parking and next day desk clerk went with me there to pay the parking fee.

On my first stay I received a free upgrade to the suite on 4th floor. That was very nice. :0)

Rooms I stayed in thus far, were all in good condition, clean, with a nicely stocked minibar.
Bathroom was spotless.
I didn't try the small spa that is apparently available somewhere in the hotel. (It's not my kind of thing)

Breakfast was not organized as a usual buffet. Instead, I was able to order from several choices that are on the menu, and all of them were very good.

Pros:

Everything from chek in to the breakfast was top -notch , highly recommended for anyone who would visit the hotel
The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way , I will definitely be back . The view from my room was heartbreaking, being right in the almost forest , nature just by one word impressed me
