So fun! So clean! Very accommodating
Pros:

Very clean & super friendly staff

Cons:

Food / snacks etc a little expensive, but so close to so many coffee spots and snack places to grab from instead

This hotel was just ok.
Pros:

The lobby was very clean and the staff were friendly. The restaurant in the lobby had good breakfast which wasn’t free.

Cons:

In the room, beds very VERY uncomfortable, bathroom door didn’t latch which was very difficult keeping a toddler out of there since it didn’t latch, the shower curtain was very short so water was getting all over the floor, I booked this hotel also because it showed free breakfast but there wasn’t one, & because of the pool but the pool was closed the whole stay. When I bought breakfast I used my card and stated I didn’t want it charge to my room that’s why I used a debt card, they charged it too my room, so now I have to watch my account to make sure i wasn’t charged twice.

Pros:

We checked the in late. Front desk clerk was friendly and quickly checked us in.
Room was nice and clean. Don’t like how the tile in the bathroom gets slippery due to the condensation from the shower steam. Someone could slip and hurt themselves.

Pros:

The wallpaper in our room was peeling a bit and our queen bed only had three pillows instead of four. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again, but next time, I’ll bring a pillow. The staff was great!

Pros:

The staff at this location is superior. They understand customer service. The hotel was clean when we arrived. Like most hotels these days the room was cleaned every other day. It would be nice to have a full restaurant but the one you had was sufficient.

Pros:

Savannah provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service last evening. I called her when i wasnt able to switch off the lights located directly iver the bed. She came upstairs to assist and also could not figure it out. She then went to another room and relizef what the issue was. The bed in my room wasnt centered between the night stands so the (poorly) placed light switch was hidden behind the headboard. I appreciated her diligence and cheerful personality. She is the example of great customer service. Also, I met Keith this morning and he also has an infectious spirit. Your staff is awesome!
