Pros:

Molto pulita, ottima colazione, camere accoglienti, personale gentile. Hall bella e funzionale per lavorare.
La posizione chiaramente non è ideale per visitare Londra ma questo lo si sa al momento della prenotazione e non dipende dalla struttura. Ottima posizione invece per eventi all’ExCel

This is my second time staying and I would definitely come again if I am staying in that area.
Pros:

Beautifully designed and the rooms are perfect for a short stay. An ironing room provided which was very handy and extremely helpful and lovely staff. Smart TV has the ability to connect your own devices (Phones, iPads, Laptops etc) which was amazing. Placed around the Docks so it was a beautiful place to have a walk and enjoy scenery and get hot or cool drink. Placed around many venues with Ubers being a reasonable cost and a very short journey to places near. (Restaurants, Clubs, Activities, Lounges). The DLR station is also placed right outside the hotel making travel stress-free and so simple.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms don't have hotel service phones to make calls to the front desk for any enquiries so you do have to go downstairs to speak to the front. This personally was not a huge issue for me nor my partner, however, this may be an issue for others who are staying on higher floors.

Poor quality everything
Pros:

Decent location for o2 arena. Suite was spacious

Cons:

- The suite was poorly laid out ergonomically.
- The sofa bed was peeling and in literal pieces. Totally unhygienic and unsafe for any human to sleep on.
- The automatic room door is awful.
- The lift was broken.
- Breakfast is low-quality but expensive.
- My card was charged multiple times by the Hotel without my use/ authorisation.
