Cons:

There where sand and hair on our chairs in our room and they didn't send helto unclog the bath or toilet nor was a room switch available so had to fix it ourself but it happened again and again.

Pros:

It was just an amazing place to stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. They were very accommodating. I would definitely give this a 10 star and I would definitely be staying there again

Cons:

The breakfast is not the best. There's pre-packaged food. Not enough food to go around the eggs. We're sitting in water because of the I guess condensation it just needs more variety. I would work on the breakfast variety

We made it to the rooms but had to leave because the kids could not swim
Pros:

The lady at front counter apologized and was nice

Cons:

We were very disappointed that the pool was green the kids wanted swim but it was green and dirty we had to switch hotels after unpacking just to repack and move hotels

Cons:

No breakfast or coffee available in the morning. Water was turned off 2 hours before check out we were not informed till it happened even though it was scheduled.

It was a decent stay, breakfast was good. Wish the hotel would have cleaned room better.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

When we pulled up the hotel looked very run down and the landscaping looked like it hadn’t been touched in months. When we got into our room, it was poorly cleaned, the sink was dirty, sticky stuff on our nightstand. I wound up cleaning it myself.

NICE PROPERTY BUT...

I reserved 2 rooms ..one had 2 empty wine bottles from previous person that stay there and thr other room was completely dirty when they gave it to me , I told the front desk and they said sorry but I had to wait for an hour to get the room after they cleaned it..

We found a few baby roaches in the bed and it smelled weird in our room it was dirty , we had to get switched to a new room bc of the roaches , the next room we got moved to the ac was leaking water on the carpet , also house keeping is dirty and unorganized they were done for the day and left there cart in the middle of the hall till the next day with trash bags open filled with trash , overall we checked out super super super early to get the heck out of there we were excited to leave definitely would not be going back. I would recommend booking something in rockport definitely not at this location in were we stayed!

Very bad experience
Cons:

Restroom was having many issues, wash basin was clogged, the rest room doors were not closing, shower water pressure was very low, all together we had a bad experience. When informed to the reception, she said no rooms available and can't do anything, also asked for any repair from the maintenance team she said they are not available and they will not be here two days. And when informed about the inconvenience she said she will refund the booking amount.But after checking out she said I didn't say like that. Full of lies and inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

Started with a 2 night stay in the hospital!
Cons:

Needs pest control, my 2 year old daughter got bit by a spider that created cellulitis ended up in the hospital for 2 days ! Will be contacting ASAP!

They had breakfast.

Cons:

When we got to our room the door wouldn't close so they had to switch our room. Then the room they switched us to smelled of smoke really bad. We had to upgrade to a king room. This was the only issue everything else was ok
