Great stay!
Pros:

Great location. Parking pass kept failing but it’s nice to be able to go in and out as much as you want. Price to park was $16.99 per night.

Our favorite place to stay in State College!
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and nice, it's always my #1 choice to stay in State College. It's located right in the heart of downtown, and everything is within walking distance.

Cons:

Would have liked the option to include a parking pass during booking instead of paying for it after the fact.

Dissatisfied.
Cons:

Difficult to find the hotel. Need better signage approaching from down the street.
Shower was cold water.
Challenge to find the front desk.
Parking for check in and luggage was horrible.
Dumpster trucks emptied starting at 6:20am in the alley our room faced. On the weekend. ☹️

I love State College.
Pros:

Quiet but also busy. Beautiful hotel and staff was excellent at front desk.

Cons:

Room cleanliness could have been a lot better in general. Bathroom needed much more attention especially in the shower, floor, and toilet. Was disappointed especially with the amount of money that was spent for the room. I expected that to be pretty pristine. In addition gunk on the carpet right outside the room door. Room needs the ceiling spackle and some wall markings taken care of. Did not feel clean as it should be.

Parking off site is the only drawback especially for handicapped people.
