Pros:

Two of the three rooms on my reservation were missing. Thankfully I had my confirmation. Also one of the rooms was next to a room with very disruptive occupants. They had to go to the front desk to get someone to quiet the occupants.

Nice short stay

They should name this a self-service hotel.
Pros:

The service at the hotel was horrific. When I checked in, my room only had a few sheets of toilet paper left and no spare roll of toilet paper. I called the desk to have some brought up, but noone came. I then had to go down to the desk several hours later to ask for toilet paper. After 2 days of staying at the hotel, my room had still never been serviced, so I had to ask the front desk to have someone service my room, because I needed towels. Nobody came so I had to once again go to the front desk and ask for towels which I carried up to my room myself. on my 4th day, I reported to the front desk that my room had NEVER been serviced my entire stay at the hotel. Someone from the desk went up and collected the pile of towels on the floor and removed the trash from my delivered dinners from 4 nights, but the bed was not made. I then checked out and flew home. This experience makes me extremely glad to be a Marriott member. I have been travelling for buisness for over 30 years and I have never had such a horrible experience.

my fourth stay and i am sure i will stay again many times with my daughter starting psu.
