Tous les restaurants fermés ou pas loin avec seule possibilité de manger le menu du room service / un service restauration lent / et surtout avoir prévenu l'hotel 48h avant que 2 nuits ne seraient pas honorées car vol raté et se les voir facturer !!! Alors même qu'en plus une nuit supplémentaire a été ajoutée du fait de ce vol raté.

The staff in the restaurant does not appear very professional, especially when I asked about the dinner options; they didn’t understand my requests and had no idea whether the dishes were available.

Decent hotel but location wasn't ideal. As far as Hyatt's go this one is pretty basic.

The double beds is not big. only 1.35 meters wide. The smell is good. The room is cleaning, toilet and shower is separated which is very good. The view of lake is good. quiet!

It is a great hotel. The room is very big and facilities are good. From airport to the hotel around 45-60 mins. It is a remote area. You may need to take 15 mins through a taxi to arrive the closest plaza like Wander plaza and i max plaza, around RMB 20, very reasonable.. The two big things would like the hotel to improve. The pillow is two soft and cannot support the neck. There is no control on the air-con temperature, we are sweating for the whole night. We have told the front desk but still no improvement. I stayed there for 2 nights and my son will be there for 2 weeks till the end of December 2018. I hope the hotel can improve these 2 points for my son, otherwise, his neck will be deadly damaged after check out. His room is 1623 and it would be highly appreciated if the hotel can improve these 2 points.
Meiner Meinung das beste Hotel in Fuzhou, ich war auch im neuesten Hilton Hotel, aber eben Hilton, Hyatt war nicht zu meiner Überraschung das coolste Hotel, nicht gerade im Center von der Stadt aber mit Taxi kein Problem, also nur das Beste.

All was good except they charged me the breakfast even when I book the room it say it includes 3 breakfast. I have to pay for my daughter’s breakfast.
房間挺大的,落地玻璃窗外對着一條大江,景觀真心不錯. 安靜.除了地方有點遠外,其他都還不錯.
服務員態度良好，房間舒適；意大利餐廳質素也很好，waiter服務殷勤。
但附近沒有甚麼好吃的地方。
