Location is fantastic! Recommend only for the location, shorter stays and - skip the breakfast!

People and bags all over reception area-always!
Breakfast was terrible except from the bread/buns.(they are really good!)
Dirty dishes in the entire restaurant and hardly any food at the buffet. No knifes. Cold bacon. Coffemachine wasnt working to well. Recommend you to buy like cheese, ham, jam at nearby Familymart then you will survive with the fantastic buns, orangejuice and (if you are lucky) a cup of coffee.
Way to bright in the room and AC didnt work properly( it was fixed during our stay).
Cleaning only every 4th day.

Posizione ottima, camera pulita e confortevole. Piccola, ma nello standard giapponese. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out.

Muy bueno!
Pros:

La habitación es muy funcional y la ubicación es perfecta. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño perfectamente aseado, los ascensores funcionan bien.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy básico y la zona no estaba muy limpia.
Hay 2 lavadoras para los 9 pisos (+ de 10 habitaciones por piso), ni a la 1am pude lavar ropa.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado con un desayuno pobre
Pros:

La atención fue muy buena, las personas en recepción hablaban muy buen inglés (lo que no es tan común en Japón) lo que hizo que nos pudieran atender y ayudar. Fueron además muy amables. La ubicación es maravillosa.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy malo, creo que es mejor no desayunar ahí. Faltaban cosas básicas que hay en en cualquier hotel con desayuno internacional como frutas, yogurt, cereales, de esto no había absolutamente nada, ni una fruta. Además el huevo o era de ese huevo super dulce o estaba quemado, nada tenía sal y tampoco habia sal en el bufét. Nosotros terminamos comprando desayuno afuera. Lo unico verdaderamente rico era la panadería, los panes eran horneados en el mismo hotel, muy buenos.

Pros:

War Sauber und gut gelegen.
Bett war sehr bequem, und das Badezimmer war auch sauber und Größen technisch ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider ging nur die Heizung und es waren über 30 Grad im Zimmer. War kaum auszuhalten.
Leider auch kein Stauraum unter den Betten.
