場所が便利でした。フロントの方も外国の方でしたが、とても丁寧でした

Cons:

朝食の種類がとても少なかった。取り皿も汚れてはいませんが、劣化が汚れに見えました。熱いコーヒーも入れる時に周りに飛び散りました。部屋は清潔ですが、トイレ、バスルームへの段差が大きく、足の悪い人やお年寄りには危なかったです。

The location was the only nice thing about the place.

Cons:

The staff was horrible. They refused to help me resolve a booking issue even when they could. Condescending and cold attitude overall. Horrible behavior.

Estancia agradable y ubicación muy conveniente.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy atento, amable y habla muy bien inglés. En todo momento nos ayudaron con el servicio de entrega de maletas y estuvieron muy pendientes en todo momento. La habitación, aunque pequeña, tenía todo lo necesario y era muy cómoda. El hotel está en pleno centro de Kioto y te permite ir andando a muchos sitios. Tiene cerca varias tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes tanto locales como de cadena.

Cons:

Si bien no contratamos el desayuno con la reserva, lo contratamos el último día y no merece nada la pena. Muy poca variedad y mucho menos occidentales. Sale mucho más a cuenta desayunar fuera.

Ottima posizione vicino alle principali vie del centro e comoda per i mezzi pubblici, ci spostavamo principalmente col bus.

Thank you for everything.
Pros:

The room was suitable for two people. The hotel's location was convenient, a 5-minute walk from the market. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and amenities were adequate. The hotel staff were friendly and responded respectfully and accurately to my requests. I would choose this hotel again if I come to Kyoto. Thank you for everything.
