Pros:

La posizione, perfetta per girare la città, ma tranquilla la sera e silenziosa. L’accoglienza dello staff. La camera, piccola ma con tutto il necessario, attrezzata e ben studiata. L’aria condizionata silenziosa. I servizi come la lavanderia sono stati un plus !

Cons:

La pulizia non era fatta a fondo, solo un po’ di polvere, ma per chi è allergico può essere un problema. Per il resto tutto impeccabile.

Great stay - very good location, nice and clean room
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the subway station and there's a lot of restaurants just around the corner. The room was nice - it was decent size for 1 person. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. I'd choose this hotel again!

Very Good location.
Pros:

The hotel and room were modern and well situated near 3 train stations meaning access to all lines was excellent. Access to Narita Airport via the train is 12 minutes walk from the hotel. Two Lawson Convenience stores are within a few metres, with a 7-Eleven close by too.

Cons:

As with all hotels in Japan, the mattress is very firm, although you can get a topper pad, which may incur an additional fee. The double room is small.

If you’re looking for an affordable and accessible hotel in Central Tokyo, then you should strongly consider Sotetsu Fre
Pros:

Very accessible from Kanda Station. Great location for late night activities. 10-15 mins away by foot from Akihabara (north) and Tokyo Station (south).

Room facilities are enough if you plan to use the room as sleeping quarters and not a hangout spot.

Cons:

Only one thin pillow in the bedroom I stayed in. It was ok, but thicker and another pillow would have been a better experience.

Pros:

Es war sauber und ruhig. Sehr gut gelegen. Alle Pflegeprodukte die man bräuchte gab es vor Ort und selbst wäsche waschen konnte man vor Ort.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein , was wir auch erwartet hatten.
Uns hat nur gewundert das nicht mehr Platzsparender und praktischer eingerichtet war mit mehr Stauraum. Ein paar Hängeschrank z.b. über dem Schreibtisch oder Bett in das man seine anziehsachen legen kann. Oder eine Schublade unterm Bett in das man seinen Koffer reinlegen kann wären von Vorteil. Vielleicht auch eine Kleiderstange an der Wand mit mehr Bügeln wäre super.
Zu zweit. war das Bett sehr klein. Wir schätzen das es 1,20m breit war da unser Bett Zuhause mit 1,40m definitiv größer war. Es war schon eine Herausforderung nachts nicht aus dem Bett zu fallen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
