Pros:

Personale top, pulitissimo, tanti prodotti a disposizione gratuiti (addirittura maschera facciale), a pochi passi da Akyabara ma in zona silenziosa, fuori possibilità multiple di mangiare la sera, stazione di tokyo centrale a 15 minuti di cammino, stazione metro a 4 minuti

サービス業に不向きな受付スタッフの存在
Pros:

・バスソルトがアメニティに含まれていたこと。

Cons:

・受付のスタッフからの挨拶が全くないことに驚いた。
・他の宿泊者が受付そばにある機械でチェックインに時間をかけていると、めんどくさそうな顔をしてその宿泊者に近づき、説明していた。このような受付スタッフは初めてです。前回は、日比谷口の相鉄フレッサインに宿泊し、宿泊部屋のクーラーからカビ臭い冷風が出ており呼吸不全に陥ったが、この度はサービス業に不向きなスタッフと出会った。相鉄フレッサインとは、相性が合わないようなので、次回からはホテルを変更します。
・バスタブはとても狭いです。

Pros:

Staff are always friendly as usual, A/C is great especially during such a hot summer.
Wi-Fi is slightly slower compared to previous visit in April and May, but the connection speed is still fine.

Pros:

駅からは少し歩きますが、JR・地下鉄ともに徒歩圏内で、アクセスは便利でした。周辺には飲食店も多く、食事には困りません。ホテル周辺の雰囲気も良く、快適に過ごせました。

客室も清潔で、全体的に満足しています。

全体として、立地と利便性のバランスが良く、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Cons:

朝食については、正直かなり残念でした。

品数が少なく、8時台に利用した際も料理の種類はあまり多くありませんでした。また、補充も十分ではなく、あまり食欲をそそられる内容ではありませんでした。

さらに、朝食会場のコーヒーマシン付近で大きなゴキブリを見かけてしまい、衛生面に不安を感じました。この出来事もあり、その後はあまり食事を楽しむことができませんでした。

立地や客室には満足しているだけに、朝食だけが非常に残念でした。次回利用する機会があれば、朝食は付けずに宿泊したいと思います。

Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Kanada Station.

Cons:

Extrem kleines Doppelzimmer. Die Betten waren für zwei Personen viel zu klein.

Pros:

Proche de la gare de Kanda

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix : chambre encore plus petite que la moyenne, une petite fenêtre avec une vitre opaque, qui ne s'ouvrait que quelques centimètres, mais qui de toute façon ne donnait que sur un grand mur, donc sans aucune vue.
Le petit déjeuner était sûrement le pire que j'ai jamais eu lors de mes nombreux voyages au Japon. Il n'y avait rien de bon et malheureusement c'est dans cet hôtel que j'ai fait mon plus long séjour et j'avais payé tous mes petits déjeuners à l'avance....
Très mauvais choix.
