I was in the hotel for 1 month my room was only cleaned once. Room was very small there were no city views as advertised no pool as advertised had to buy my own coffee and sugar plus no fridge.

I stayed at annex building and really enjoyed. It's old building but 10 years experience in Istanbul normal room. Air-conditioning was perfect and WiFi good. Güle güle until next time

Nicht den Bildern bzw. Beschreibung entsprechend , nicht sauber, viele Mängel z.B. kaputte Kopfstütze vom Bett etc. Nicht zu empfehlen !

AVOID,AVOID..., After booking I contacted the hotel to get the taxi details, owner of the hotel immediately asked me to cancel the reservation. when I reached the hotel there was no room for me as per the booking. Then he took me to another dirty hotel and dumped me over there... Due to my heavy baggage and trip plans I had to accept the hotel owner's crooked plans

The room is very old and uncomfortable in poor condition, the only plus is that the location is good. The room had a very disgusting smell.

What a mess... no towels and no toilet-paper on arrival. Broken door handles , broken shower handle , broken tv , paid for breakfast but did not get any breakfast, paid for balcony but did not get balcony , paid for coffee making facilities but did not get any coffee making facilities, WiFi died many times , paid for fridge but did not have a fridge in the room . This booking was like you pay for something and they made sure you didn’t get that. Fake advertisement !!!

The rooms are small, however ok for budget accomodation.
Fatma was very friendly and provided a nice basic breakfast.
Sahin was so accomodating and endeavoured to meet any request we made, nothing was a problem for him and he made our travelling group feel very welcome with his kindness.

Très très déçue de l accueil.a l arrivée draps sales avec des taches : ils ont mis deux jours pour nous remettre un autre drap après plusieurs tentatives pour signaler le’ désagrément. Odeur salle de bain Wc dans une petite pièce horrible dû à l état d humidité ++++
On se douché juste à côté des toilettes : peu confortable. Prévoir claquette lol . On a dû aussi courir pour avoir du papier toilette au final j’en ai acheté au commerce car il ne sont pas sérieux sur les demandes des clients.
Oreillers sommier en super mauvais état

En 7 jours : pas de nettoyage de la chambre
Personnel désagréable surtout la femme de ménage
Le seul avantage c’était le’ wifi durant ce séjour
bien réserver l aller retour pour le transfert aéroport taxé à 10 e par personne pour l aéroport Sabiha et surtout vérifier un jour avant auprès de l hotel que la réservation a bien été valide’ car j’ai eu un souci sur reservation . Il avait oublié que j’avais payer à mon arrivée le’ retour il voulait que je repaye ...garder bien le reçu sur vous .
À part ça le’ quatier est très sympas à visiter. Centre ville à 5 min mosquée bleue également restaurants...
En tout cas pour un couple ce n’est pas l idéal pour passer un séjour confortable mieux vaux rajouter un peu plus pour avoir un confort quotidien.
Prévoir également accessoire pour laver vaisselle ...car non fourni.. dommage

Das Hotelteam und Service war sehr gut. 7 Tage 24 Stunden immer Hilfbereit gewesen.
Würde beim nächsten Reise nach Istanbul wieder da Buchen.
Familien Hotel. In der Umgebung findet man alles. Supermarkt zu Fuß sehr erreichbar.
Die Blaue Moschee ist nur 5min. entfernt

It can be called something better than a dormitory never a hote!!There is not a reception or any desk.On one road side shop which is not more than 20m2 you have to eat and drink and contact the staff behind the bar or what else.
Rooms are the real story,there is not any security or any security camera in that old ragged house.There is not any elevator.You have to walk on every floor.The room is definately not 40 m2 or more.It is just 4m2 to 3,5m2 one room and the other side is smaller than that.There is not any carpet on floors and it is really cold after taking off your socks.If you do not want to get cold do not forget to bring your slippers as they do not give any .The bathroom is the wonderful story which is just 1,5m2...You have to use bath and the toilet same time but also on same mini area.It is impossible to move left to right once you enter that bathoilet!!! You can find two glass one plate and one pan.But do not forget to wash them with the dish soap which is not given to you! You have to buy it also as soap and shampoo and toilet paper.
It is been written as the breakfast included isn't it? D'not believe that.They just put quarter of tomato,3 olives,mini size white cheese with 2 slices of salami that smells incredible..We gave salamis and cheese to cats which roam on the breakfast tables and had breakfast by our own.No need to talk about the flavorless cold tea.
The staff do not clean room everyday,you have to ask them or you face the dirty towels at night again

Overall,i'm quite satisfied with the hotel. I really appreciate the owner. A great service.

J'ai logé dans l'appart du REZ de chaussée. Il ne correspondt en rien à ce qui est noté sur le site Expedia , voici ce qui est marqué:
* Climatisation-------> totalement absente( inexistante)
* Plateau thé/café----->absent
* Sèche-cheveux----->absent
* Télévision LCD----->Aucune TV et encore moins satellite( voir photos)
* TV avec chaînes par satellite : Absents
* Accès Wi-fi gratuit: Il faut rester debout collé à la fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, à défaut pas d'internet
* Réfrigérateur: mini et non branché( impossible à brancher, il est situé à 2m de la prise de courant)!
* Cuisinière: Aucune cuisinière( voir photo)
* Batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, ustensiles: 3 coteaux, 3 fourchettes, 3 cuillères et 3 mini assiettes et 3 verres ni plus ni moins
* pas une seule chaise
* pas une seule table
* pas tringle ds une garde robe(photo)
* porte garde robe cassée!
* radiateur impossible à régler et thermostat cassé( inexistant)
* porte d'entrée métallique et bruyante( rouille) etc etc
