The reception is open until midnight Monday to Thursday. On Saturdays the reception is open for an extra hour until 1:00 however on Sundays the reception will close at 22:00. The Caringbah hotel cannot accept any arrivals outside of these hours.

Please be aware the hotel has live music every Saturday night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good hotel as base for exploring the south of Sydney
Pros:

Room service was good and I liked the free supply of water bottles, which was a help towards the many hiking options near the area. The hotel is an excellent place as a base for exploring the Royal and Kamay national parks and the Cronulla coastline.

Cons:

I wish they had a microwave oven in the room. Travellers routinely order food delivery. The lack of a microwave made it difficult to warm up food.

Overall was a good stay and I was pleased all round.

The bed was super comfy

Complimented beer, wine or softdrink failed to tell us that any wine over 10$ we had to pay for the diffence.

I found the loud music on Saturday night a challenge. But I understand that if you have events you can do nothing about this. Otherwise the room and staff were excellent.
