Pros:

Booking in was easy, meals in the pub were good. It was convenient to where we needed to be the next day.

Cons:

There was no ability to get fresh air in the room due to the non opening windows. Somewhere around midnight there appeared to be a group of people talking in the corridor, this continued and then closer to 2am there was a female very loudly swearing that could be heard plainly in the room.

Excellent location and great choice for stay in Caringbah
Pros:

Cleanliness of room. Spacious bathroom. Tea making facilities.
Facilities that accompany hotel eg bistro and lounge area

Cons:

Would have liked bigger milk carton for tea making. A microwave would be excellent for multiple night stays.
