Staff were lovely. Pleasant
Pros:

That it a ‘one stop shop’ . Accommodation, drink and food

Cons:

The room we had, had a step up to the bathroom. We are an older couple and it was dangerous in the night without the light on as the tiles were dark and hard to see.

Everything went as should have ..only in for 1 nite ,

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were amazing - they went above and beyond for our stay - nothing was too hard - from the check in to the staff in the bistro - absolutely fantastic - rooms were exceptionally clean as well

Pros:

Manger on site sort it out the free drinks card straight away.

Cons:

Bed felt like there was a bent in it not straight, minibar too noisy had to disconnect, a lot of noise coming from after hours people closing the main access door, staff did not know about the food discount and charged full price, did not receive my complimentary drink on check-in (which I only got to know about it when I showed by room key).

The lady at check in was really lovely and helpful.
Pros:

It was comfortable and convenient

Cons:

Shower cleanliness was a little off. There were some cut toenails on the floor, toilet roll holder was loose so it kept falling onto floor.

Good location close to trains

Cons:

The rooms was advertised as 25 meters square. It wasn’t even close to that. Also the wifi was useless. No desk or table.
