Pros:

Convenient but tight
Pros:

Good staff with passable English skills, high quality but limited breakfast, 24 hour coffee, close to subway station, plenty of nearby food options, semi modern double twin room, daily housekeeping, provided in room amenities including water. Comfortable albeit small bed.

Cons:

Tiny room such that two people cannot walk at the same time. No place to put luggage or clothing. No outlet in bathroom so my wife was not able to blow dry hair in front of a mirror. Elevator got crowded in the mornings and programmed to stop on 2nd floor reception always. 10 AM check out time was a bit early. Double full room had no built in charging and older furnishings.
