推薦家庭朋友入住/設備齊全/舒適可洗衣
Pros:

地點很便利，距離人形町10分鐘、水天宮前站3分鐘。櫃檯員工人很好，房間內也有各項設備的說明書，非常容易上手。有要煮飯的人，可以走遠一點到Peacock Store 24H營業且新鮮食材齊全。 冰箱是中型冰箱，冷凍和冷藏分層，小廚房備有完整廚具和大小不同的餐具，要注意的是電子鍋已改成租用制。洗衣機是洗和烘乾兩用，很方便。

Cons:

枕頭比較軟且高度較低，習慣墊高的人會比較不習慣。住多天要自行注意，需要打掃(包含垃圾清潔)要主動掛牌在門口，忘記的話就不會進來打掃了。

hotel, bon rapport qualité prix, quartier calme mais bien déservi pour metro et alimentation
Pros:

Hotel confortable et tres propre.
il y avait une petite cuisine et elle était bien équipée. Comme il y a des supermarchés Lawson, 7 eleven, family mart tout autour, ça permettait de diner plus simplement le soir. Des restaurants dans le quartier aussi.
Hotel bien situé avec 2 stations de metro pas trop loin (Suitengumae environ 5 min de marche et Kayabacho station,10 min de marche).
Personnel très aimable.

ベッドが硬くて寝るだけ…と割り切りきれないレベル
Pros:

普段使う路線の駅から近く、周辺にコンビニも点在していました。部屋も比較的広かったように感じました。今回は使用しませんでしたが、洗濯機は部屋にあると便利かと思いました。

Cons:

なによりベッドが硬くて腰が痛くなりました。また、アメニティの飲み物にグリーンティーがあったら良かったです。周辺に飲食店が少なかったのは残念です。
