Staff wonderful. Best thing was having our car driven to us within minutes of us needing it everyday

Got a wake up call at 6 am …. although I never asked them to call . As an apology, I was offered a free chocolate bar from the minibar! which is insult!!!

The renovations are quite outdated, they were done 20 years ago, it looks ridiculous. I chose the hotel only because of the location and the spa, but it turned out that the spa is not included in the stay and needs to be paid for separately, which is absolute nonsense for a 5-star hotel. In fact, this is not a 5-star hotel, but a 3-star hotel. I also didn’t want to accept the apology for a chocolate bar for 2 €. In the end, they offered a 10% discount on the room (25 euros), which is not compensation for a night without sleep, since I couldn’t sleep anymore after their call. Why do I need 25 euros? This is not an apology, but a mockery. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
