Everything
The location is beautiful and the staff were absolutely brilliant.
The curtains were very bad and not maintained. The first night, the fabric of the blanket was worn and pilled. When I spoke with the reception and made a complaint, they changed the blankets to newer and better ones
Perfect location, nice staff, great rooms
Room service menu
Extra charge spa
Beautiful hotel great location beside the beach

Vriendelijke personeel en goede service!
Geen opmerking, alles was goed.
We loved the elegant, old-style luxury atmosphere and the genuine care from the staff, which made us feel truly welcomed. The daily cleaning was impeccable.
The architecture, hotel’s history and especially the garden-a small paradise. We were lucky to have a view over the garden, which made our stay even more special.
Hotel was fabulous.
Atmosphere - you really feel welcomed
Locality - a walk to historic centre, a walk to port, etc.
Facilities
Staff is #1 - every single one person
1. Nobody (hotel itself, or booking.com) inform you that 4yo child is taken into consideration as an adult therefore you can not have classic double-bed room. We were upgraded to suite and paid cca 100% higher rate. This kind of info should be given to your consent during booking.
2. 5*****star hotel should have broader variations of glutenfree bakery/pastry at breakfast. Bread offered was just a fabricate full of E’s and artificials. Malaga offers amazing options how to source it, especially when you are 5star hotel.
3. I have never met with breakfast charge for children under 5yo. Considering she can eat maybe one yoghurt or banana or pancake which must be paid is, mhm, I think hotel does not need it.
