mooi hotel, schoon en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, eten in hotel is goed. korte loopafstand van het oude centrum en tegenover het strand. wellness is een fijn zwembad met 2 soorten sauna's. ook de fintnesruimte is aangenaam. de kamer was ruim

Cons:

We wilden vooraf behandelingen boeken in de wellness. De beschikbare tijden voor mij en mijn vriendinnen lagen vrij ver uit elkaar, dus ik heb geïnformeerd of het mogelijk was om de behandelingen rond hetzelfde tijdstip te plannen. Dit bleek helaas niet te kunnen, waarop ik heb aangegeven dat we de voorgestelde tijden zouden aanhouden.

Bij aankomst bleek echter dat er niets voor ons was geboekt. Een fout kan gebeuren. Wat echter erg vervelend was, is dat er door het wellness suggereerde dat de fout bij ons lag. Een simpele reactie : “het is misgegaan, onze excuses en helaas is er vandaag geen plek meer” was voldoende geweest. De manier waarop dit is afgehandeld, heeft helaas een negatieve indruk achtergelaten.

Daarnaast viel het ons op dat het in de hotelkamer leek alsof de snacks complimentary waren, omdat er nergens een prijsoverzicht aanwezig was. Bij het uitchecken bleek echter dat er bijvoorbeeld €15 werd gerekend voor een klein potje snoep. Dit kwam voor ons als een onaangename verrassing en had duidelijker gecommuniceerd mogen worden.

Al met al heeft dit ons verblijf helaas minder positief gemaakt dan gehoopt.

Stunning hotel, brilliant staff, good location
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, like all people from Málaga they were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. This is quite a fancy hotel for us but we never felt unwelcome. Room was comfortable and clean. The architecture of the building is beautiful, particularly in the lounge, pool and bar areas. Worth staying just to see that. Everything is very well kept and cared for. The centre of Málaga is only a 10 min walk away (through a beautiful park) but the beachfront location of the hotel is beautiful too, with lots of shops and places to eat.

Cons:

Food and drink was good but extremely expensive. We tried to eat elsewhere as we couldn't justify the cost.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Service und herrliche Zimmer - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Traumhaft ausgestattete Suite im 6. Stock mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick; das Hotel an sich liegt in einem kleinen Park fast mitten in der Stadt (ca. 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum, 15 Minuten in die Shopping Mall). Ein hoch kompetenter Consierge-Dienst, maximaler Service und ein umfassendes Angebot an Leistungen bleiben wohltuend in Erinnerung.

Cons:

Das etwas eintönige Frühstücksangebot ohne nennenswerte Abwechslungen scheint uns verbesserungswürdig. Als Nachteil für Aufenthalte in kühleren Jahreszeiten empfinden wir, dass es tagsüber eher wenig innenliegende Möglichkeiten gibt, einen kleinen Lunch einzunehmen oder etwas zu trinken (die Hotellobby ist da nicht unbedingt der Platz der Wahl)
