Beautiful hotel in the center of Malaga
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Service was mostly excellent and while the food was definitely overpriced especially by Spanish standards everything we ate was excellent. Great location with beaches across the street and the historic center a walkable distance away.

Cons:

Wifi didn’t work in our room and they kept telling us the reason was because we have iPhones. Ridiculous excuse in 2026 especially. The internet is the internet. There are no mac vs pc internet compatibility issues. They just didn’t want to fix it and at this price point that’s kind of unforgivable.

Beautiful property and great location, marred by very poor service on rooftop bar.
Pros:

Hotel itself, facilities, room and rooftop bar all beautiful.

Cons:

Service on rooftop bar was extremely slow and unresponsive on our first night there. Only after making not very subtle remarks on our unhappiness with it all did things improve notably on the second night there

Beautiful luxurious hotel
Pros:

Sea view and pool. Food was lovely
Room was very well equipped, although as we had a cheaper room not very nice view
Roof top bar was good place to end the day

Cons:

Meals and drinks were expensive but what you would expect in this sort of hotel. Also a good 15 minute walk to all the main restaurants/attractions etc in Malaga

Predivno mjesto nadam se ponovnom povratku
Pros:

Hotel je prekrasan na odlicnom mjestu blizina grada i svih sadrzaja
Roftop za svaku pohvalu predivno i ugodno mjesto za boravak navece kokteli odlicni!

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjela naplata 30€spa centru i naplata grickalica u sobi na stolu za koje smo mislili da je poklon dobrodoslice.
Suncobrani oko bazena bi se trebali obnoviti stari su i pokidani!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns das Frühstück welches reichhaltig war. Weiter hat die Lage gefallen. Wir konnten uns gut erholen.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft haben wir uns schnell abgefertigt gefühlt. Es wurde uns nichts zum Trinken angeboten. Wir stellten an den nachfolgenden Tagen fest, dass beim Einchecken die Göste mit einem Glas Champagner begrüsst wurden. Der Swimmingpool war durch einige Gäste due sich nicht benehmen konnten zu laut. Auch wurden die Badetücher an den Liegen reserviert und dann stundenlang nicht benutzt.

Pros:

Fantastic breakfast and right next to the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. It's also not too far to walk into the old town. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeepers were fantastic, and they have a good concierge as well.

Cons:

The room itself was OK, but for that price point I expected something better. It was also my birthday - even in 3 star hotels, they make an effort, but here? They sent up a pastry that I couldn't eat (lactose, and I had mentioned this before) to our room while we weren't there. Even the replacement one was just left there in our room for hours as we were out in the city, and hence not edible when we got back. Reception staff were also unhelpful when a family with a baby moved in next door and made our night totally unbearable because of the poor isolation; they offered to downgrade us to a smaller, worse room - or pay extra for an upgrade (and not a small extra, we are talking 300+ euros more for one night!). They clearly don't care about their guests - only about money. I mentioned at the start of our stay we would be coming back to Malaga in June for 2 weeks, but I guess this was of no interest to them to make any kind of effort to improve our stay. This kind of experience is not what I expect when I pay several hundreds per night. Unacceptable, and that's why we will not stay here again.
