The best hotel in Malaga
Pros:

Fantastic service from all staff, excellent facilities including spa, beach and pool and restaurant. Fantastic breakfast, spacious and well decorated room, perfect location in a quit area at the beach and still close to the city centre.

Cons:

El trato recibido no fue el correcto. El personal de recepción no está a la altura del hotel y el personal de seguridad igual, parecía que estaban trabajando en un mercado en lugar de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Los camareros de la piscina igual, tardaban muchísimo. Este año muy muy mal.

C'était la toisème année que nous étions dans cet hôtel. Magnifique construction, bien situé.
Pros:

Dommage que les petits déjeuners soient facturés plus chers, quand bien même on les prends tous.

Cons:

L'organisation du service autour et au bout de la piscine. Les commandes sont livrées par un autre emplyé que celui qui les a prises et sans indications prècises de localisation du client. A plusieurs reprises nous avons du nous déplacer pour "rattraper" le serveur qui retournait au bar avec la commande. Il est même arrivé, l'avant dernier jour, qu'à plusieurs reprises l'aller retour soit effectué. Après avoir relancé la personne qui prenait les commandes en lui demandant si"ça venait de Madrid" (sur un ton de plaisanterie! la même boisson (Coca) qui avait voyagée plusieurs fois a été livrée "réchauffée" et partiellement dégazéifiée. Elle a été offerte.

Un olor muy raro en la habitación y el personal de recepción y seguridad no saben tratar a las personas. Por lo demás normalito para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas. Por cierto los pedestales de espejo con los arreglos florales del patio interior todos rotos, hay que cuidar más los detalles. Decepción.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Good location. Efficient staff although there was an expectation to tip for every service

Cons:

Sunbeds by pool very close together so right next to the person beside you. No privacy. There were also no balconies in the rooms which was really disappointing. The rooms only had a coffee machine and no kettle so if you drank tea you couldn't have one in your room.
