Perfect except for the British breakfast items
Pros:

Everything except the British style scrambled eggs and bacon at the breakfast buffet - gross. American style is better lol

Cons:

Too much British food at the breakfast buffet. British food sucks. England doesn't have a good reputation for food. Get more American style breakfast items.

We had a fantastic stay with you, the staff were exceptional, particularly Maria who looked after our room in the evenin
Pros:

Such a beautiful, opulent, palatial building. Stunning flower display in the lobby. Gorgeous gardens. Fabulous furnishings. We felt very spoilt to be in such a special place.

Cons:

Small details really but ones that had an effect on our stay, namely:
The only mirror was outside the bathroom by the entrance door to the room. Not near to any sockets for hair drying. The desk should double up as a dressing table with a mirror above where the most sockets are.

No handles on the heavy and awkward wardrobe doors. Very difficult to open. Almost as if they hadn’t been quite finished.

Breakfast was very much over priced and missing some very basic ingredients so we did not consider this good value for money and will prevent us from coming back.

Hotel lussoso, pulito, elegante e molto confortevole
Pros:

Struttura elegante, camere grandi e confortevoli
Ottima colazione, anche se molto cara
Due piscine, una per tutti e una bassa per i bambini
Attraversando la strada si arriva al mare dove si possono avere gratuitamente sdraio e teli
