Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. This hotel was one of the best properties I have been to.
Outdoor dining area was very nice and food was good. The room are extremely large and the view was spectacular.
Loved the facilities, pool,ambiance and view
Last evening went to Terraces for a casual meal and they processed our order of hamburgers but we never received. It was late we waited 45 minutes only to be told when asked they mislaid our docket and had prepared and gave to someone else. As it was now 10pm we did not reorder. Staff in Terraces were not attentive and very disappointed.

No me gustó la falta de control en la piscina. La gente coge montañas de toallas y las lanza a las hamacas estando la valla de la piscina cerrada. Es impresentable en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Se debería ir acomodando a la gente según llegue a la piscina una vez abierta. Nada de reservar sitios para gente que no se ha levantado o está desayunando y que bajarán a la piscina no se sabe cuando.
The room was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the pool area for relaxing through the day.
The TV did not work when we first checked in and the hotel is slightly too far out of Malaga centre but we enjoyed the walk into Malaga and got a taxi back.
Hotel 5 estrelas no coração de Málaga. Estrutura impecável, com piscina linda, áreas comuns sofisticadas e um restaurante excelente. Um verdadeiro hotel 5 estrelas, que entrega elegância, conforto e uma experiência de alto nível.
Para um hotel 5 estrelas, os travesseiros deixaram muito a desejar. Como chegamos bastante cansados, acabei esquecendo de solicitar a troca e tive uma noite de sono ruim por conta disso. Em um hotel dessa categoria, e com esse nível de preço. o mínimo esperado seria já oferecer travesseiros de pluma ou opções de maior conforto sem que o hóspede precise pedir.
Die Lage fantastisch, Blick aufs Meer großartig, der Pool sehr groß und sehr schön, die Bar im Poolbereich sehr gut sortiert, top Weißwein (Botanic), leckere Kleinigkeiten.
Der Empfang sehr freundlich, Valet Parking unproblematisch - alles sehr gut organisiert - hier fühlt man sich willkommen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, hervorragendes Restaurant, komfortable Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, bequeme Betten. Poolbereich und Frühstücksraum entsprechen nicht ganz einem 5* Haus.

Great location and facilities.
We have stayed at Gran Hotel Miramar several times before, including for my birthday, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.
At check-in, the receptionist asked for a card for incidentals. I explained that I did not have my physical card with me and that my banking app does not show the full card number. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she repeatedly insisted that I “check the app again,” almost implying that I was lying. The attitude and tone were unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
What shocked me most was how quickly the situation escalated. I was told everything would be removed from the minibar, and staff immediately came to empty it from the room, which honestly felt humiliating and completely out of proportion for a five-star hotel charging these rates.
I later provided the card details and spoke with the manager, but the situation was never properly acknowledged or handled with the level of customer care you would expect from a hotel of this category.
Luxury is not only about the building or the rooms — it is about service and how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely ruined the stay for me, and after being a returning guest multiple times, I will not be coming back.
