La ubicación está excelente!!! El personal es amable.
Algunas paredes de los cuartos son de tabla roca y por eso el hotel es MUY RUIDOSO. NO SE PUEDE DORMIR pues todo el ruido de los pasillos que hacen los otros clientes en la noche se escucha. Las personas en la recepción hacen ruido hasta la 1 de la madrugada y no te dejan dormir pues todo se escucha. Yo no pude dormir. Si viajas por trabajo y necesitas levantarte temprano no creo que este hotel sea la opción.

La ubicación es excelente. Cuenta con estacionamiento y los precios son bastante razonables.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero por el precio no tengo ninguna queja. Utilizamos el hotel solamente para dormir por las noches. Las camas fueron cómodas para nosotros (preferimos colchones muy firmes).
Está muy cerca del centro, excelente habitación y tiene estacionamiento que eso también se busca. Cómo familia nos encantó

La ventilación del baño iba hacia la habitación y se escucha todo; aparte se moja la mitad del baño cuando uno se ducha porque la ducha y el resto del baño es un solo nivel

We stayed for 5 nights because it was comfortable, spacious, and excellent hot shower . Very good Wi-fi. Great location just a block from main plaza. Comitan is excellent as a base to take collectivos to visit many natural attractions in the region

Very central location, two blocks from the central park. Spacious rooms. Fair prices online, generally good value. Bed was comfortable.
WiFi slow and unstable with regular interruptions. Shower doesn’t get hot enough. Reception is often empty. Staff could really be friendlier. Bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Unhygienic shower curtain.
Noisy at night, paperthin walls and windows.
Unfortunately, dishonest and unfriendly behaviour by staff and management. I asked to extend my stay on site and was promised the same rate as for my first night. The following day, the hotel charged me more upon check out. Absolutely unprofessional.
Sad to leave the otherwise friendly and charming Comitán with such an experience. Stay somewhere else.
It’s close to the centre of town, it has filtered water available, it’s clean and the shower works.
Accommodating staff; location is close to central park, restaurants , market, grocery store; museums.
