Eine perfekte und ruhige Unterkuft mitten in der Stadt mit sehr freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal.
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend . Es waren alles regionale Produkte. Alles frisch zubereitet. Es gab auch ein hervoragendes Kuchenbufet. die Kuchen waren in der Küche des Hotels gebacken worden. Ganz großes Lob an die Köchin.
Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt zur Erkundung der Altstadt. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden.

Cons:

Alles war perfekt. Es gab keine Beanstandungen.

Pros:

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen lecker. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, die Mahlzeiten bei stimmungsvoller Live-Musik zu geniessen. Alles war hervorragend – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Стильный отель в хорошем тихом месте
Pros:

1. Тихое место, далеко от дорог и шумных ресторанов, соседей тоже не слышно, еще и ступени обиты плюшем. Спали с открытым окном, мешал только лай собак иногда
2. Много всего поблизости: чуть выше по улице - бот. сад и подьем на Нарикалу, рядом серные бани и водопад, старый город
3. Стильный дизайн номеров и коридоров. Мебель не новая, но натурального дерева поэтому выглядит достойно
4. Удобные матрасы, хорошая сантехника, отличный напор воды
5. Весьма разнообразный завтрак в уютном кафе, изюминка - музыкант, перебирающий гитару
6. Приветливый персонал, русскоговорящий

Cons:

1. Изначально заселили в номер отличающийся от картинки на букинге: меньше и другого дизайна (зеленый). Но после просьбы сразу переселили в нормальный (у нас был шестой, с видом на город)
2. Не хватило ложечки для обуви

Soggiorno sfortunato
Pros:

Siamo stati con un'altra coppia di amici in questo hotel per 4 notti.
L'Hotel è nella parte vecchia della città, in una stradina in salita. E' meglio avvisare la reception dell'hotel all'arrivo, perché possa aprire la sbarra all'inizio della via per permettere al taxi la salita, perché con le valigie, a piedi risulterebbe faticoso arrivarci.
Nell'hotel non c'è ascensore e le camere standard sono molto piccole e non hanno finestre apribili, ma solo delle finestre in vetro-resina per far entrare la luce.
Locale per la colazione stile pub, con sedute non proprio comode, ma cibi sia dolci che salati di buona qualità.
Buona anche la pulizia delle camere.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto vari imprevisti durante il nostro soggiorno: una notte è mancata l'acqua nella zona della città e per il ricarico del serbatoio interno dell'hotel è entrata in funzione l'autoclave con un rumore persistente e fastidioso durato tutta la notte.
Un'altra sera per un fortissimo temporale è andata via la luce nella zona ed in una camera è entrata dell'acqua piovana.
La direzione, oltre a scusarsi, ci ha offerto torte per il primo disagio e provveduto l'ultima notte a cambiare una stanza con un'altra più grande. Per questa disponibilità il giudizio finale non può essere del tutto negativo.

Pros:

Overall the hotel was good and the room was clean. Someone comes in and cleans the room everyday. Room was quite small but really nice. The bed was good and breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property is located in the old town and there's a big uphill to go up and there's lack of parking around so not as easy to access when you rent a car.

Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Grösse des Zimmers, Lage, sehr nette Dame am Empfang, Kissen

Cons:

Bettdecke, Zufahrt sehr kompliziert, Parksituation (noch schlimmer als sonst schon in Tiflis), lustloses Frühstück, gescheiter Kaffee kostet extra, gehört alles mal wieder renoviert
