Pros:

Izba bola síce pomerne malá, ale všade bolo čisto, posteľ pohodlná, svietidlá výkonné aj pri posteli, lokácia priamo uprostred diania v štvrti St. Pauli, pritom izba tichá, nedoliehali zvuky nočného života do izby

Cons:

Personál pri našom príchode nebol celkom ústretovo naladený, neskôr sa to zlepšilo. V dome nie je výťah, takže ak máte izbu na štvrtom poschodí trochu sa našlapete.

Leider gar nichts

Cons:

Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, beim Check-in war das Personal sehr unfreundlich, zudem war das Kopfkissen nicht bezogen und das Badezimmer war komplett verschimmelt. Außerdem kam das Personal ins Zimmer, obwohl das Schild draußen hing mit bitte nicht stören. War am schlafen und plötzlich ging die Tür auf.

für Partymacher ist das Hotel optimal

Die Lage ist gut, U-, S-Bahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Entfernung.

Cons:

Im Mülleimer waren keine Beutel, die Ablagen im Bad waren nicht gereinigt, die vorhandenen Tassen nicht gespült.
Kein Fahrstuhl. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar in einer Seitenstraße der Reeperbahn. Wenn man seine Nachtruhe braucht: bitte nicht dort buchen. Das Hotel mit 16 Zimmern wird überwiegend von Jugendlichen genutzt, die zu div. Uhrzeiten kommen und gehen. Im Haus nebenan ist eine Diskothek, die Bässe sind bis 4.00 Uhr morgens zu hören.

Das Hotel selbst für die Lage furchtbar.

Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat geschimmelt, wir hatten einen Ventilator wo das Kabel durchgebrannt war, das Zimmer war die ganze Zeit über feucht weil man die Balkontüre nicht kippen konnte und ein Fenster hatten wir nicht. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit einer Gemeinschaftsterrasse die man sich mit drei weiteren Zimmern geteilt hat. Der Herr in der Rezeption den wir die ersten zwei Tage hatten war richtig unfreundlich, dafür war die Dame am letzten Tag beim auschecken super nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde schon länger nicht von Staub befreit. Ebenfalls wurde nicht vor Anreise geprüft, ob alle Lampen gehen bzw. ob diese flackern.
Eine Lampe ging gar nicht und die im Bad hat dauerhaft geflackert.
Dies wurde während des Aufenthalts auch nicht geändert.

Cons:

Wir waren 2 Personen und es war nur 1 kaffeepäckchen vorhanden was auch nicht nachgefüllt wurde und ich am 2 Morgen leider keinen Kaffee trinken konnte.Das war schade.Ansonsten sehr schön und beim nächsten mal bringe ich mir meinen Kaffee selber mit.
