chúng tôi vừa tới 24h ngày mùng 8/6 để check in nhưng tiếp tâm báo booking của chúng tôi đã hủy và ko sắp xếp cho nhận phòng, báo phòng Full. Đề nghị làm việc với khách sạn gấp.

飯店挺清幽的,可惜餐廳離太遠,幸好跟櫃檯告知,還直會派車送我們去餐廳。

Pros:

Целый час заселяли. Не могли найти нашу оплату. За 11 ночей ни разу не меняли простыня. Каждую ночь нас кусали комары и еще какие-то насекомые м.б. блохи. Территория не убирается, пляж грязный.

A total nightmare - rat infested !!
Pros:

Please read whole description before booking. Right up front going to say photos atleast 40 years , no renovations have been done , you have to walk across a very busy road to get to your room or to the pool/ restaurant or reception. We looked at three rooms and they were all mouldy & all infested with RATSease . The staff were very rude and not at all helpful.
Also, the rooms after crossing the road are about a 50 step climb up steep stone steps.
We tried to check in , the staff were un friendly ( would not look at us .... we are a mixed couple ) & refused to speak to us . We carried our bags across a busy road with our child & then up the endless stairs . When we opened the door a strong smell was in the room, mild was on the walls & the doors didn't close properly ( wood rot) so there were bugs everywhere . The rat poop everywhere including on the bed made us go down and inquire about another room. The second was worse - huge holes where rats were nesting , rat poop in the bath tub, small black bugs in the bed . We decided we had to go as we not be able to sleep here safely and cleanly
I would like to mention we were not even offered a glass of water , the phone and lights didn't work in the room ( no big deal), there is chipped paint , strong odours and staining in the room.
Clearly pictures have not been updated on Expedia and now we are being refused a refund
PLEASE look elsewhere , this is a lovely area of Vietnam but not an amazing place to stay
