Pros:

This was our second time staying in this hotel and we loved it even more this time! First off the staff is so nice and welcoming especially for foreigners! They welcomed us with print out in English with all the hotel information. There’s a great Jeju black pork restaurant next door and it’s super easy to walk to the beach from the hotel. This hotel will always be our first choice when coming back to Jeju!

4인가족 제주도 여행 첫날 1박 이용 장점으로는 직원분과 사장님이 친절 설명 상세히 해줌. 단점. 주차하고 난 이후 부터 시작해서 짐 이동하는데 불편 룸 배정 받고 이동하는데 풀장이 꽤 깊이 있음 하지만 가을이라 물은 없었고 여차하면 낙상사고 우려됨. 사용하지 않을 때에는 사고방지를 위한 조치가 필요. 룸내부는 아니고 외부 복도에 바퀴벌레(일본바퀴나 미국바퀴로 추정) 주인분은 아니라고 하나 내가 바퀴벌레 구분 못할 정도의 수준은 아님. 화장실 구조 말도안되게 특히함. 샤워기 노후 사용하기 불편 샤워할때 물 다 튀고 매우 불편 방 내부에 대형 욕조가 있어 사용은 했지만 욕조에 물 받고 사용시 발생하는 습기제거가 되지 않아 방사용이 불가능한 수준

성수기에 주차까지 무료로 해주십니다
Pros:

여행가기전 새벽비행기여서 하루 묶었는데 사장님 친절하시고 무엇보다 주차서비스까지 해주셔서 주차비 세이브 가능했다는점이 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 앞에 공항으로 가는 순환버스가 있어서 너무 편했구요!!! 추천드립니다

스파가 있어서 좋아요.
여행 피로를 풀어줘서 좋았어요.

다만 스파때문에 숙소가 습하고 눅눅한 곰팡이냄새 같은 게 나서 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ

청소는 잘되어있었는데 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 너무 나서 전반적으로 청결에 대한 인상은 좋지 않았어요 냄새에 민감하신 분은 힘들 수 있어요 주의사항(하지말아야할 사항들)을 프린트된 종이에 주시는데 항목이 너무 많아서 휴식보다는 수련회같은 느낌을 받았습니다...! 뷰랑 분위기는 좋았습니다

기대가 높았는지 다른 이용객 후기에 비해 만족도는 별로네요. 이틀 숙박인데 침구 교체도 안되고.. 사전 공지가 되어 있는 건진 몰라도.. 그냥 팬션 같은 느낌이더군요. 샤워실 안에 세면대가 있고 샤워실은 커튼으로 여닫는 구조. 그냥 스파가 가능한 팬션이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 그리고 바다뷰라고 되어 있는데 바다가 멀리 있어서 바다뷰라 말하기는 좀 그래요. 건물 내 수리를 하시는지 오전인데도 불구하고 장비 돌리는 소리에 솔직히 불편했습니다. 그럼 이만.

가성비 최고 만족합니다.
Pros:

청결, 친절도, 시설 무엇하나 빠지지 않아요~
그리고 제일 중요한 가격도 이 모든걸 고려했을 때 10만원도 안된다는게 놀라웠습니다.
20만원 넘는 호텔에 있는 스파보다 여기 스파가 더 좋아요.
다음에 제주에 오면 여긴 무조건 재방문 의사가 있습니다.
숙소 앞에 있는 비양도 식당도 맛있어요

좋았습니다.
Pros:

가족끼리 숙박해도 될만큼 공간이 넓었습니다.
돌담앞의 스파때문에 갔는데 그부분은 사진 찍기 좋긴 한데 조명이 아쉬워요. 나머지는 가족펜션같은 느낌이라
너무 감성숙소 바라시면 실망할지도? 하지만 조리대도 있고 냉장고도 크고 아주 넓어서 가족단위로 가면 훨씬 좋을 것 같습니다

제주풍경은 해수욕장이 인접해있어 좋네요.
호텔내 스파를 기대했는데.
욕실과 떨어져있어. 스파후 습기가 방안에 가득해
에어컨을 틀어서 습기를 제거했네요.
화장실도 좀 불편하구요.
