Hotel Nk Grand Park Airport Hotel

Neat and clean. Only limitation is bathroom is not having proper holders to keep soap and shampoo.

They fight with all the customers. They say there is no room service, they say go downstairs and get it yourself. This is the first time I have seen such a bad hotel near the airport. Totally bad experience and bad hotel.

The most cheating and non hospitality group. Dont even try to book here. I had booked here and asked for a early checkin because I was in Chennai for 3 hours only for transit. These guys could have very politely denied that there is no room. After taking in the money they claim they do not have time to talk and kept the phone down. I am not marking my review out of anger or loss of money but more because i dont want others go through the insult these guys tried to do to customers. A bunch of cheats. Beware and avoid booking here.

No handicap access and poor front desk management

Good place to stay with family, closer to airport and supportive staff. Location is also good.neat and clean hotel.
Food is good but would be better if It would have more variety for vegetarian people. I would recommend it to people who wanted to stay closer to airport

We went as a family for our Dinner at Aroma restaurant in Nk Grand Park Hotel, The food was very delicious, speclally their sea food platter. The service and ambience was equally good. Must visit place for sea food. They do have banquet halls to conduct event and parties.

Budget hitel. Convinient for a night stay.

My partner and I, on a temple pilgrimage culminating in Chennai, booked this hotel via Cleartrip for its proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, with valid government IDs, we were shockingly denied check-in. The front desk staff cited the ridiculous reason that our IDs had the same city address, despite my explaining that it was my permanent address, while my current location is different. Instead of professionally requesting additional proof of our marriage, the staff treated us with utter disdain, refusing to even engage respectfully. When I politely asked to see their rule book stating this ID restriction, I was dismissively told to "search the internet." Despite showing him booking site confirmations with no such mention, and offering further travel details, he remained dismissive. Multiple staff members echoed the same absurd excuses, making us wait in the reception area until I contacted Cleartrip. Thankfully, Cleartrip facilitated a full refund and apology. Only *after* this did the hotel manager finally speak with us, something they could have done from the start. To illustrate their egregious error, I then presented our marriage certificate, wedding photos, and details of our temple trips. Only then did they grasp their mistake and offer a belated apology for their appalling behavior. This was a truly humiliating experience, and we promptly left this establishment to find a reputable hotel.

Couples, beware: this hotel's staff needs serious training on respecting guests. Avoid this place if you value dignity and respectful treatment.

Just a stones throw away from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. AC was effective. Airport drop and pick up available.
Had dinner at Aroma restaurant. Great ambience. Friendly staff. Very clean. Tasty food. Quick service. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come again.
