met all expectations, price was high season on a triathlon weekend but fair market value

1 min walk to the beach; great staff. breakfast options were good. parking was safe and well lit. easy walk to main street eateries, would stay again.

1 queen hearing impaired room, was a bit small compared to others, but clean and updated.

Pros:

Room was a little small, but king bed was great and it was extremely quiet in our room. Easy to control temperature by wall thermo! Nothing interrupted our sleep - it was great! Good mix of hot and cold breakfast items!
