Cons:

The bathroom not really well set-up. Basin need improvement to get naturally gestures and ergonomically. Shower also need a partition in order to not showering the closet.

Pros:

It's very decent. I understand it takes a lot to maintain a hotel even with the price charged they probably barely made it. Bed was quite comfortable, 4 pillows provided were generous, We were just here to sleep and rest. Aircon is fairly cold just take a while but it worked. Staff is kind and helpful. Despite everything, this hotel is near the street food area at night which is nice. Close to Laundry and pasar kembang to buy kue. Can order coffee at 6 am which is very nice. Water dispenser outside of the room was great. Towels were okay. Just the sheets a bit dirty but we didn't mind as long as it's clean and washed which it was.

Cons:

The area is quite far to walk around in the heat. I would probably choose the one in embong malang rather. The tv channel were quite old needs an update.

I don't know why I got a dirty bedsheet, smell bathroom, smell towel, bad wifi signal, and headboard very dirty 🥲

overall this place was good, very near from kedungdoro (this road have many streetfood), and the bathroom was clean enough.

if you want to stay here, maybe you can request the rcp to give you the clean bed sheet

Good budget hotel
Pros:

Room not spacious but quite ok and cozy, minimum lighting in bathroom and corridor. There was not mineral warer available in room but they provide dispenser and water jug. Parking area so limited but they have valet service, staff service ok they chat us upon check out.

Pros:

Hotel clean and not too far from the airport and 5 minutes away by grab from tunjungan plaza. Good for a short stay.

Cons:

The service is really poor not even a bottle of water in the room,the staff despite being very kind is a bit of a disaster especially because no one speaks English ...I had dinner at the restaurant and asking mie goreng no spicy and instead it was spicy and I had to leave it, I asked for a drop of milk to put in the coffee and it arrives after 20 minutes(coffee already finished) with a big glass full of milk, at the reception I ask for the laundry and the receptionist tells me a moment, call someone on the phone I convinced he was talking to the laundry service and he keeps me there for 5 minutes waiting for the phone call to end, as soon as he hangs up he looks at me and asks me again how I can help you, but are you serious??
