An exceptional place

“An exceptional place, great boutique hotel, ideal to spend some days in a peaceful environment . The hotel is amazing, high standard and definitely worth a stay. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast. Very satisfied with taste and pricing. Staff were very friendly . Great job!”

Fab garden setting with a Star fruit tree giving us very fresh fruit for breakfast! Comfortable beds. Looked after by the staff. Hot drinks available in the room. Short pleasant walk to main shops and restaurants. Elephants walking up the road too .

I will stay here whenever I visit Sauraha
Pros:

I felt very comfortable at this beautiful resort. It has a garden full of flowers and trees, and tables outside enjoying the fresh air and beautiful view. They served the same continental breakfast for 5 days, but it was good! Hotel owner is very kind and caring for our staying. Staffs are kind. Good location in Sauraha. You can see the elephants on the way to the resort. Whole place looks same or better than the photos in booking.com

Cons:

Water flow was a bit week at Water tap at the basin. You need to wait for some time for hot water... a bit wasting of water till hot water comes. Nothing else!

Very pleasant stay! Comfortable as private villa, remote from the noise, but close to all necessary point of attraction

Beautiful garden but staff not nice apart from that young girl.
Pros:

It is a beautiful resort on the outside, lovely garden, lots of flowers 🌹🌷 and plants.

Cons:

Inside the room is dark even though there are windows, tv doesn't work, floor is dirty, bed linens are old and ripped, towels old and ugly smell.
The owner Kumar and wife are not nice.
Nobody comes to the room to ask if I needed anything, have to ask for toilet paper and towels, left the garage out on balcony, still there the next day, also the dirty plates.

Pros:

A beautiful stay. The gardens are lovely and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. My friend wanted to buy a specific flower found in the garden so was taken to the garden centre to find it! Also, we realised we needed one less room and they were more than willing to take it off the booking. So friendly and honest.
We booked the safari trips through them too and it was great

花园漂亮，每天都会打扫，花开的很多，院子里有杨桃，来的很是时候，前台小姑娘直接给我摘了两个，并且切好给我。老板热情，工作人员也很热情。早餐和晚饭都很好，干净美味，价格很nice。花园安静，能休息的很好。
