Дуже ввічливий персонал, найсмачнійші сніданки. Я вражена уважністю та доброзичливістю всієї команди. Щиро раджу!
Гарне обслуговування !
Що не сподобалося: у номері присутній неприємний запах — схожий на запах тютюну або брудного взуття/ніг. Ліжко складається з двох окремих матраців, між якими утворюється провалля, через що спати не дуже комфортно.
Також, на мою думку, розташування готелю під час воєнного стану не є найвдалішим з точки зору безпеки та загального комфорту перебування.
Сотрудник отеля обвинила меня в курении,требовала оплатить штраф,грабила. Так же она себя очень нагло вела,грабила,и разбудила меня в 00:57 ночи телефонным звонком Соответственно,в номере я не курил(вообще я не курю), максимально недоволен отелем и поведением этого сотрудника Прошу вас разобраться,дать обратную связь и компенсировать средства за проживание
Персонал дуже привітний.
