Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat meerdere talen spreekt.
Makkelijk parkeren in de ondergrondse garage.
Huisdieren zijn welkom.
Goed werkende wifi en liften.
Schone, ruime kamer en badkamer, met een goede douche. Rustige wijk.
Supermarkt en bakkerijen in de buurt.
Op woensdag en zaterdag is er een weekmarkt.
Minpunten:
De kaartlezers bij de ondergrondse garage en de lift vanuit de garage werken niet altijd goed.
De kamers hebben geen airco, dus in de zomer kan het warm zijn.
In het najaar hadden wij daar geen last van. De verwarming werkt goed.

El hotel no esta mal. Alejado pero comodo. Con varios supermecadoa y restaurantes cerca pero alejado de Paris

We had a nice apartment on the top floor and it was a good base for a family to visit Paris without being in the centre.
There weren't a huge amount of restaurants nearby but you could find somewhere if needed.
Unfortunately the local metro was closed when we were there so we had to get a taxi into the centre of Paris but it was fairly reasonably priced.

Très bien ! L'appartement doté d'une grande salle de bain était fonctionnel et propre, le lit confortable et l'hotel est situé dans un quartier très calme. Le seul petit bémol est que l'appartement n'est pas pourvu de climatisation mais vous avez un ventilateur à disposition. Le RER C et des bus vont permettent de rejoindre Paris. Le stade de france est à environ 12 minutes en voiture.
Je recommande fortement cet hotel ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

The property is great

Расположение отеля идеальное! Обслуживающий персонал великолепный! НО! Летом в отель НЕ ПРИЕЗЖайте!!! ЭТО не отель а черт знает что! Была на улице жара 30 градусов. В номере нет кондиционера. Ходишь, спишь, обливаешься потом. Вентиляции нет в принципе, маленькое отверстие, закрытое пластиком трудно назвать вентиляцией. Духота, после мытья влага в ванной не уходит, Душевая кабинка протекает, душевая штанга болтается. Жадность владельцев видимо зашкаливает. НО если вам важно обслуживание, то тут все на высоте. Уборка великолепная, На рецепции все приветливые и милые. И поэтому контраст между условиями проживания и вышколенностью персонала очень бросается в глаза!Не приезжайте в это место летом, никакого отдыха не будет. Открывать приходилось окно, иначе спать невозможно в духоте, так атаковали комары. Искусали черти!

Décevant, pas de télé dans la chambre elle ne fonctionne pas , pas d’électricité dans la chambre non plus , frigo sale odeur pas agréable. Micro-ondes sale.

Nice room , but no ac , no vent, no screen on windows. The location is 10 km from Paris but with traffic. It is 1 hour drive , way too much time wasted on commute. The breakfast is the best, fresh , nutritious and high quality

The apartment was new, white walls and nice inventary. Large bathroom, nice shower. Polite and helpful straff, and the era seemed quiet and safe. Market, bakery and RAR-station just minutes walk.
Family of four, and the sofabed was very hard to sleep on, wouldn’t recommend it.
You have to buy soap, dishwasher-tablets, toilet paper. No balconny, but windows open in both livingroom(/sofabed) and bedroom. We stayed during extreme heat, and got to borrow 2 fans, no aircondition.

All-in-all: recommend the area, the apartment was new, but the comfort wasn’t good.

In a safe neighborhood, walking distance to the train station, supermarket, not too far from the city.

Apparemment très propre, bien équipé et personnel accueillant. L quartier est calme.

Lave vaisselle H.S et pas de solution proposé par l hébergement .

Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station.

The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. Instead we move to a two bedroom apartment on the top floor where we could sleep separately - this was very much appreciated!

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We both slept very well whilst staying here.

Would absolutely stay again. Wonderful staff and a great location.

Thank you also to the kind member of staff who went to our old room to look for something we left behind when moving. Returning with it as we checked out.

Pas d accueil en arrivant il a fallu passionner presque 10 bonnes minutes . Pour le reste aucun soucis !

The room was small for 2 adults and two teens. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and a pain to close. After one night, we just left it open and it cut down on the size of the already small room. Windows opened though and it was quiet enough to sleep. I used the kitchenette at least once a day and from a cook’s perspective, it was not well furnished. I know it’s an apart/hotel but there wasn’t even salt and pepper! No dish rag or soap just a tea towel, but there was a tiny dishwasher with no soap provided. Basic stuff like that should be provided imo. You have to take out your garbage and there is no chute you have to leave the building. Don’t forget to ask for more bags for the garbage and fresh towels on your way back up! If you want the room cleaned and you haven’t been there 5 days, there is a fee. Proximity to Metro ‘C’ line was excellent so we bought a 5 day pass and used it frequently. That’s the best part of this place! Decent stay but wouldn’t do it again.
