Nice room, great location.
Pros:

Location was great, price was fair, room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and the girl who ran the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Front desk wasn't very friendly. No lock on bathroom door.

Pros:

The location is excellent, as I liked, the room doesn't have a strong scent. My daughter said it smells like a doctor s office that s well sanitized. Very clean. But the washroom has a bit of a scent, the cleaning stuff was not able to kill the natural smell of a toilet.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included in the price, and the quality of the food is below par. The fruits are obviously not fresh, the eggs are really hard boiled that has an unappealing, chalky, gray green ring around the outside of the yolk making it unhealthy to eat. 2 mornings I saw fruit flies on the pastries.

Very good on all fronts except for the noise issues.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bartender was nice and helpful, as were the desk clerks and valet drivers. The morning breakfast attendant was also nice and helpful.

Cons:

The first room we were giving had something wrong with the HVAC and was making a racket that we couldn't live with, and we had to ask for another room when it seemed like the technician was trying to make it sound like this was normal for an older building as if we should just deal with it. The morning we were checking out, we were awakened at 6:50 am in the morning by what sounded like trash trucks. The noise went on for 15 or more minutes and disrupted our sleep, especially since we didn't need to get up early on a Sunday with 11 am checkout.

Perfect Downtown Location and an Ideal Portland Experience
Pros:

This hotel could not have been better positioned for exploring Portland. Located right in the heart of downtown, we were steps away from some of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and attractions. No matter which direction we headed, we found excellent food and plenty to see and do.
The room itself was exceptionally comfortable. After long days of walking and exploring the city, it was a pleasure to return to a clean, quiet, and inviting space. The bed was comfortable, the room was thoughtfully appointed, and everything felt designed to help guests relax and recharge.
One of the highlights of staying here was having Portland's incredible dining scene at our doorstep. Whether we were looking for a quick breakfast, an afternoon coffee, or a memorable dinner, outstanding options were just a short walk away.
For anyone looking to experience Portland without spending their trip in rideshares or hunting for parking, this hotel is an excellent choice. Comfortable accommodations, a fantastic location, and access to some of the city's best food made for a wonderful stay. I would happily return on my next visit.
