Pubic hair in shower. Disgusting.
Cons:

Found 2 hairs in my shower, right where the soap goes. Inexcusable to miss something like that. Left a message for the manager, and obviously it wasn't important to follow up with me.

We loved the location

Cons:

we did not have hot water in our hotel hotel room for at least over an hour. We called the front desk and they had just informed us that a lot of people had checked out so the water would take a few minutes to heat back up. We waited about an hour and still ended up taking a cold shower because we needed to get on the road and travel to our next destination

Comfortable, was good for a night.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Property is centrally located but also off the main drag.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the water temp was extremely HOT. We had to turn the water almost off to get the temp down. I guess we were given a suite and the bathroom was in a strange location in the room.

Excellent stay in waterfalls center of Tennessee!
Pros:

Convenient to many stores, restaurants and off highway.

Cons:

The body wash, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were never replenished. Last day we hardly had any in the bottles. No extra soap bars just in case,

Disappointed Again
Pros:

We were thankful to find a place that allows pets.

Cons:

The pet fee was $75, we had to park across the street because they allow 5 vehicles to to take up multiple spots with their trailers, and we found dirty socks in the room the next morning.

The hotel staff were professional and courteous.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Anyone, no matter dietary need could have found items to enjoy. The selections and quality was very appreciated.

Cons:

Maybe 30 minutes later for time frame.

Pros:

We checked in late night, this was just a in between stop for a road trip. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was very nice. Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars across the board was both beds had hair on the pillows. We made it down for breakfast which was very good and lots of option’s Overall our experience was great and we would definitely stay again.
