- Aircon is great

- Room (825) is not soundproof yet i got a lot of noise from 823 due to connecting door
- glassware/coffee cup is not clean, a lot of stains remain
- No Minifridge
- Ice Cube were deliver with a bowl without 'cover'
- Sink was clogged and none of the HK staff notice
- Room is DND but staff ring the bell

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options which is nice.
I booked for 1 Non smoking Executive room and 1 Non smoking Deluxe room but I was given a Smoking Executive room. They said "Well since you booked using Booking.com we can only give you the available room. And only Smoking Executive room is available." My husband had terrible sinus and congestion because we stayed in a stale smoking room for 4 nights. Not good!
The room, the location, and the bed is very comfortable. the staffs were friendly. my go to hotel when i visit Samarinda.
