Jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer - im Stil der Berge, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Saubere Zimmer - werden täglich gereinigt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wellness und Spa kostenfrei nutzbar. Massagen spontan buchbar und beste Erholung dabei.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się blisko Kuźnic. Personel bardzo miły, uprzejmy i chętny do pomocy. Pokoje były czyste i z klimatyzacją. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością zatrzymam się tutaj ponownie.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem był dość długi czas oczekiwania na zamówienie w przyhotelowej restauracji.

Gave us the wrong room ☹️
Pros:

I had booked a standard double room, but they gave us a one-person room. Bed was so small and we had only one key-card (they only gave us one) which made the stay more difficult (had to rely on the other person at all times). Otherwise was everything ok.

Cons:

They gave us the wrong room and made a face like it was supposed to be that room. The stay was not worth the money.

Pros:

Great location (nice and quiet) within 10 min drive to the centre of Zakopane. Few lovely hikes start within a walking distance from the hotel. Fantastic breakfast selection with local and polish products. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and I cannot recommend it more - service and food itself was excellent.

Cons:

The only downside are the spa opening hours, which is accessible from 17 until 22. If you’d like to access the spa outside of this time, you have to pay to “privatise” it.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, strefa SPA. Bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane śniadania.

Cons:

Pokój nawet na 2 osoby bardzo mały? Trudno było się obrócić. Obsługa restauracji tragiczna. Brak zainteresowania klientem ze strony kelnerek mimo tego, że były zajęte tylko 3 stoliki. Po 30 minutach czekania aż pani do nas podejdzie i chociaż poda kartę lub zapyta co podać do picia, wyszliśmy zjeść na zewnątrz.
