The staff were very helpful. The room was fine. The location, on Rustaveli, is very central.
The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Much nicer than the pictures. The shower is good, air conditioner works well, wifi is good. It is very quiet. Towels, linens etc are clean. There is free instant coffee and tea in reception.
It's a 20 minute walk to old town. You enter through a beat up parking lot to reach the hotel, but it is surprisingly nice inside.
Genuine views or a courtyard, kind and helpful receptionists.
Difficult to park the car, the building is dated, you can hear all neighbors, the place doesn’t feel cosy.

It's nice old hotel . For example a small refrigerators in one room didn't work in another room barely workd. In one of our rooms Water barely flowed in the shower.

The location is convenient. The place is kept clean.
It has nothing to do with 4 stars. No breakfast. Stinking drainage. The passage from the street to the hotel looks disastrous. It's difficult to enter the hotel because of the chaotic parking in front of the door. The sheets don't hold on the mattress.
