Aan te bevelen!
Pros:

We waren vanaf het nationaal park Kao Yai weer terug naar Bangkok. We besloten een pauze te hebben van een paar nachten en kozen deze accommodatie. Ik had op hun site gezien dat alle kamers een eigen gedachtengoed hadden welke mij zeer aanspraken en de recensies waren goed. Enkel een recensie van een Engels man sprak negatief.

Ik was zeer blij met de keuze voor deze accommodatie. Het is leuk en avontuurlijk om in een gebied te verblijven waar bijna geen internationale toeristen komen. Mensen zijn ongeëvenaard gastvrij en verheugd je te zien. Er is een dorpje dichtbij met een leuke markt waar we gratis eten kregen.

We konden vissen aan de rivier. De bedden en kamer waren heerlijk zacht en hoog van kwaliteit en het zwembad had een zoutfilter.

De mensen zagen er op toe ons van alle gemakken te voorzien. Ik hoefde niets te vragen of het werd al aangereikt (wellicht dat de Engels recensie dit als ongemakkelijk ervaarde).

Voor mensen die een Thailand wil zien tussen de rijstvelden en zich met de Thaise cultuur willen verbinden is dit een goede keuze!

Eccentric owner created a creepy atmosphere.

No wi-fi, no restaurants nearby but worst of all the host sat on the steps overlooking our rooms creating noise disturbance from his mobile device. We felt he was watching us so felt most uncomfortable and checked-out only a couple of hours after checking-in.

Very nice little resort
Pros:

Nice little family owned resort near southern entrance to Khao Yai National Park. Very friendly owner. They also serve delicious food. The pool is refreshing after a day trip.

Pros:

Staff are attentive and helpful; recommending nearby places to visit or local restaurant to try other kind of foods (in case you stays more than 1 night)

Cons:

Pier is broken and may be under repair. what a pity we cannot sit on it watching sunset :(
As it is closed to the river, there are lots of mosquitoes at night. That's understandable. Although they provide mosquito repellant spray, we can't sit by the pool that long for relaxing.
