From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly kind and helpful starting with Sean at valet. We came to this hotel to celebrate our engagement and every member of the staff was so kind, and congratulatory. Miguel at the front desk, made our day so special and memorable. He was able to upgrade our room, and send up a special gift with a personalized card which we will always be able to remember this special day by. Location is amazing and close to great restaurants and bars and I Would definitely recommend staying here 5/5.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è bellissima, curata, moderna e in una posizione eccellente.

Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff della colazione: tutti estremamente cordiali, sorridenti, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sono stati davvero eccezionali e hanno reso ogni mattina un piacere. Anche il personale della reception e di tutto l'hotel si è dimostrato sempre gentile e professionale.

La nostra camera, pur essendo una standard, era spaziosa, molto pulita, moderna e ben tenuta. Personalmente non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema: tutto era in perfette condizioni.

La colazione è stata eccellente: i piatti erano preparati al momento, davvero buonissimi e di ottima qualità. Ogni mattina abbiamo trovato tutto delizioso e curato nei minimi dettagli.

L'unica piccola nota negativa riguarda il conto finale: c'è stato un po' di confusione con alcuni addebiti relativi a servizi che non abbiamo utilizzato o che erano già compresi nel soggiorno. Fortunatamente il personale si è dimostrato subito disponibile a verificare la situazione e ci ha assicurato il rimborso degli importi addebitati per errore.

Per il resto è stato un soggiorno eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare Sarasota e soggiornare in una struttura di alto livello. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

My husband and I stayed at the Westin for our wedding night. The hotel is beautiful, and the service of Mason and Maria were top tier. Upon checking in, they sent a bottle of wine and desserts in our room to help celebrate our special day.

The rooftop pool is great. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was really good too! We were both pleasantly surprised.

Spa was a disappointment.

In order to get a male massage therapist to get to correct pressure, he added an additional $35.!!!!

We had a wonderful room with a view, Mason sent a birthday surprise for my mom and the rooftop at sunset was spectacular.

We travel to the Westin Sarasota every summer because it’s awesome! This year I left a very expensive Bluetooth speaker at the pool and contacted the lost and found department and Carlos in the security department had my speaker. He was spot on getting it back to me right away. THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!

The Westin Sarasota represents excellence in many ways, and it is wonderfully demonstrated in the high quality of your people. Two exceptional examples are:
1) Maria - front desk,
2) Enkela -- food & beverage supervisor, who recruits a team of high-quality people, who in turn serve the delicious and healthy breakfast.
Consistent attributes of these people are professionalism, respectfulness, high competence, and graciousness. Thank you!

We stayed the for weekend at the Westin Sarasota with our 2 teenagers , It was AN incredible HOTEL!! Everything was Absolutely Great, from the Valet to the Roof top bar/pool area. The Hotel is very modern,and clean. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful, we called the front desk for extra bath towels, and they were there within minutes. Excellent service, and our favorite amenity that we used a lot was the free shuttle! The Shuttle takes you to the beach or to Main Street, wherever you needed to go! We can't wait to return to the Westin Sarasota again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Another fabulous trip to Sarasota! The Westin has been my go to Hotel for the past 9 years! I would never consider staying anyplace else. Maria Andersen (Front Office Supervisor) has been a friendly face at the front desk for all those years. I consider her a friend. Maria always goes over and above to make my "staycation" special. A welcome bottle of wine and snacks were there upon my arrival as well as a special handwritten note from her. I simply feel like the most special guest from the minute I arrive until the minute I sadly have to leave. The Westin Hotel is first rate and all the staff make you feel so welcomed. I cannot wait to return several times this summer.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at The Westin Sarasota while celebrating my birthday. The location is excellent. The complimentary shuttle to St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach is another great perk.

Our check in experience was exceptional. We were assisted by two wonderful front‑desk team members, Maria and Valeria, whose professionalism, warmth, and kindness made a real difference. Maria even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gesture that meant so much.

I also want to recognize Angela, who helped me by phone before our arrival and greeted me with the same kindness when I later called for the shuttle.

Thanks to this outstanding team, our visit was truly memorable. We look forward to returning.

I was referred to the Westin by my sister and I was expecting a great experience. But unfortunately, for the price I paid, this was not worth it. To start off I scheduled a couples massage for my husband's birthday and requested we be in the same room. When they called us, we were separated and I had mentioned this and apparently nobody knew what was going on. I had Cheryl as a massage therapist. She was very sweet but seemed frazzled. To start off she was running around my room too much, she kept pulling and tugging on the sheets jolting me out of the zen, it took her awhile to section off each area, she kept asking me if the leg pillow was where it needed to be, she used way to much oil to the point I felt like I was dripping in oil and unfortunately, I ask for medium pressure and just got a rub down with oil. She also couldn't remember me when trying to find me to bring me my champagne which was a little disappointing. My massage price was more than my husband's and I will not be coming back and with my experience I can't recommend this to anyone else.
