A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast and a perfect location in Boa Vista.
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent, definitely one of the best in the city with a great variety of options. The hotel's Location was ideal and centrally located, making it convenient to get around Boa Vista. The staff was friendly,a nd the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.

Pros:

Boa localização pois é muito central para destinos de lazer. O café da manhã é bem servido mas poderia ter mais diversidade de frutas. Camas confortáveis, serviço de quarto excelente e funcionários corteses.

Enjoyed my 5 days, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, restaurant and poolside bar, breakfast too
Pros:

Breakfast was good with lots of options and variety. Convenient parking, supermarket and bank nearby. Recreational Park and promenade close by. Comfortable bed, front desk staff very helpful.

Cons:

The pool did not have a shallow end for kids or non-swimmers, and I was too short at 5ft 2", but it was very clean and well maintained. The food was labelled in Portuguese only and kitchen staff did not know English.

Poolside restaurant and bar.Room spacious, bed comfortable, convenient parking, supermarket nearby, reception staff very helpful, breakfast varieties

Cons:

Pool deep with no shallow section for non-swimmer and kids. Food not labelled in English. Only reception staff knows English

Cons:

Péssimo atendimento e equipe pouco colaborativa, todas as solicitações que fiz não foram atendidas: secador para o cabelo, guardar a mala e ferro de passar roupa.
