Hotel bar is good, the location is fantastic, and overall the rooms are clean and put together. This is my second stay and while the first was a bit better I would stay here again.
Bed was squeaky on one side, not a huge issue but it was staying more than one night it would have been annoying. Normal hotel pillow situation, which are always known to be terrible.

I did not even go to this property. They charged my card after I tried to cancel through booking.com. They are not helpful and even though it’s obvious that no one In their right mind would allow a reservation to go on without being canceled, they chose to not be helpful.
The management of this facility is uncaring and not helpful.

Close to the concert.
Price gouging abounds here. A $130/night room up-charged to almost $400/night due to a concert in the area. That didn't even include parking or a continental breakfast. I recommend avoiding companies that do this.
I would stay again. It should be noted that you pay to park but the parking garage was very close. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
The host was very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and appealing to the eye.
The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the air freshener that is in the lobby. It smells really good but it was a little overpowering and I get migraines from since so that was a bit of a concern.
Everything was really amazing. I really enjoyed my stay.
