Muy buena ubicación bonitas instalaciones pero el hotel le falta mantenimiento general

Sanctuary tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Piscina al pie de la playa.

La atencion del personal es muy buena. El servicio en general en sus instalaciones AAA.

Es un lugar al que siempre voy por su tranquilidad... siempre puedo relajarme
Algo que no me gustó fue encontrar la playa muy sucia ...aunque se que es algo q no depende del hotel

Es muy linda y lo más espectacular es su piscina temperada.
La comida estuvo muy buena, tal vez falta un poco de variedad pero sin duda muy buena.
El staff muy buenos y amables.

This property is a place to leave your worries behind... very tranquil.

The heated pool is heavenly, the bolón is the best I have ever had, the staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating and the beach is phenomenal... I have never seen so many different colored rocks in one place.

The rooms are clean, the shower is hot, and the beer is cold. This is my second stay at the Sanctuary, and I'm looking forward to the next.

Very nice facility with a great restaurant and wonderful food. Friendly staff. And the owner, Roberto is doing a great job maintaining the building.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious as was dinner. The owner of the property is on site and super friendly plus he speaks perfect English. I highly recommend this as the place to stay in Puerto Cayo.

Excellent food location the people 5 stars the owner and their staffs are very caring and always looking for the guests to hace a very pleasant stay

The hotel was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and safe. The manager of the hotel is always at the hotel to answer any questions and gave us a prime service. We ate the majority of our meals at the hotel because of how delicious and fresh they were. The property has its own private beach and is steps from the pool. We have fallen in love with this perfect hotel and look forward to returning next holiday season!

the hotel is clean and beautiful, right on the beach is quiet. The service was excellent the owner was very helpful and attentive he gave us a free ocean view upgrade which was wonderful the view and sound of the ocean was spectacular will definitely go back
