Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The rooftop water feature is very shallow and cannot be used as a swimming or wading pool. There is no cable, but a limited selection of free to air channels are available. While parking is not included at this location, we can provide you with special rates for alternative paid parking options nearby. Let our team know if you would like to learn more. Hotel je otvoren 2 sedmice prije našeg dolaska. Sve je čisto, novo, isto kao na slikama sa Bookinga. Kreveti super udobni. Sobe se čiste svaki dan. Osoblje ljubazno, uvijek na usluzi. Lokacija je savršena za istraživanje Barselone. Nalazi se u blizini metro stanice Fontana. U neposrednoj blizini hotela nalaze se marketi, kafeterije, restorani. Doručak je veoma dobar. Nadam se da se ponovo vidimo!!!

- O pequeno almoço era de boa qualidade mas podia ser mais variado;
- O chuveiro não tinha porta, o que fazia com que o chão da casa de banho ficasse sempre encharcado.

Accoglienza e pulizia
La camera era super accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Super gentile il ragazzo che si occupa delle colazioni e anche il portiere notturno. L’hotel da in dotazione una serie di piccoli welcome set, come le ciabattine, lo spazzolino, crema corpo, non tralasciando nessun dettaglio.
Quando siamo arrivati ( prima dell’ora del check in) la camera era già pronta. Super consigliato!

Everything! The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and the view from the balcony is perfect. Lots of restaurants in the area. Also walking distance from La Pedrera and other attractions. Cassandra from the reception is very helpful and friendly.
