Smartflats Design - Bella Vita

A little further from Downtown Belgium than I realized but a nice stay. Train is abt a 20 minute walk away.

Mycket bra !!! Stort och rymligt. Minus dock för väldigt hårda sängar och syntetkuddar.

the property was very good and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were not sent the code to get in and had great difficulty getting access to the place. we finally went to the tourist desk and they contacted the Smartflats and were given our security code. We do not feel that anyone other than the renter should be given the access code to our flat as it breaches security and safety for the renter. Also on our second last day we were locked out of our flat and had no way to contact them as it was late at night. They could not explain why we were locked out and 3 hours later we got through because we had to awaken another renter who allowed us to use their phone. The service rep had no explanation as to why they changed the access code on us. The other renter had the same problem earlier in the day.

le studio est en très bon état, propre et bien agencé
malheureusement à la première utilisation de la bouilloire, les plombs ont sauté et impossible de les remettre
la personne de Smartflats contacté a fait ce qu'elle a pu mais impossible de trouver un électricien samedi soir, donc ça c'est pas bien et heureusement que le charmant voisin nous a chauffé le lait du petit
pas d'électricité = pas d'eau chaude, pas de lumière, pas d'eau aux toilettes, pas de repas...
pas plus de succès le dimanche, alors elle nous a trouvé un autre appartement, en surclassement
donc une bonne note pour la dame de l'assistance qui a fait ce qu'elle a pu, mais une mauvaise pour le technique qui est incapable de régler un problème récurent d'après les voisins qui à mon humble avis vient des multiples rallonges ajoutées dans le studio
on attend de voir si le commercial va nous faire une remise pour le désagrément subi
c'est du B&B dans de multiples appartement et dès qu'il y a un problème il semble que personne ne peut le régler rapidement

Het vinden van de appartementen is zeer lastig en daarbij is er niet voldoende informatie verstrekt. Bij aankomst heb ik een uur aan de telefoon gezeten zodat een persoon die heel gebrekkig engels spreekt mij de weg te wijzen.

In waterloo zal het toch beter moeten aangegeven worden welke gebouwen smartflats zijn met bebording of iets dergelijks. Verstrekte code was een verkeerde code ik kon het gebouw dus niet betreden dus na het achterhalen van de correcte code verzocht om de code naar mij te mailen blijkbaar is dat ook vergeten.

Het prioriteren van de behoeften was dan ook heel slecht gedaan door de persoon aan de telefoon, ik sta op straat in de midden van de nacht, maar hij verbreekt zo maar de verbinding omdat er een ander telefoontje binnenkomt dit is dan ook een paar keer gebeurt.

Ubicación ideal para viajar en coche, se aparcarca en el recinto sin problemas, el apartamento muy confortable y espacioso. Tiene lo todo lo necesario.

La ubicación en Waterloo es muy tranquila e ideal para visitar el país.

Solo comentarios para mejorar, quizás en el patio faltaría una mesa y sillas de jardín y en el baño pequeño un espejo y para poder tender ropa. Tanbién notamos que el extractor de cocina no expulsaba el humo al exterior.

Météo chaude et appartement très mal ventilé. J'avais réservé 8 nuits mais obligé de quitter après 2 nuits car trop chaud

Overall we had a good experience of this hotel. However there are some things that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the room was great, all the amenities were there for a self catering apartment, comfortable bed. However, upon getting the e-mail confirmation it stated that we would get an e-mail (or contact the hotel) 2 days before check in. I contacted them 2 days and the day before travel to get the room and front door codes. I was told that I was not allowed to have them until check in. So I am standing in this place with no idea of where I am going until I can phone them! (Also costing me money!!) I kept banging my head on the light in the lounge area because I am 6ft (people of 5ft10 would also hit their head)! If you are shorter than 5ft5 you would struggle to touch the floor sitting on the toilet because it is too high!. The pillows are rubbish, it was like having no pillows at all. The extraction above the oven wasn't working in my apartment. They came round to change the key codes on the doors half was through our stay and started at 6.50am and the next day at 9am. Not the sort of times I want to be waking up on my vacation. It boasts a swimming pool- however only open for an hour or so to members of the public but you still need a swipe card to get in, which you can't get. Walls are quite thin could hear the neighbours a lot to the side and above, and since we were on the ground floor there is no privacy!

Super convenient location where you can walk to downtown Waterloo in under 10 minutes or get on the Brussels Ring in 10 minutes. Nice to have a grocery store right there, and the parking is never a problem. They should send an email in advance with the information on checking in and a map to show exactly where it is in the complex, but that's minor. Will definitely stay again when I have to be in Waterloo or South Brussels.

Good, clean, well-equipped apartment which was quiet and had parking available. There is a little supermarket just round the corner. We cooked our own meals so can't really say what the restaurants are like, apart from being expensive like all Belgian restaurants. Apartment is about 10 minute drive from Waterloo Battle site. I would recommend this apartment for couples who have their own car.

These apartments are lovely. It's a development of new houses or apartments on an old farm school in Waterloo, of which smartflats have a few. They are big well cared for and very high quality, solid oak floors, good beds etc.

The only issue is that the advertised pool is not in practice usable because it is available 1200-1400 so it isn't much use. Let's hope they get decent pool access sorted (I know they are trying) and then it will be brilliant
