Muy bonito, limpio y acogedor
El entorno natural
Las instalaciones espectaculares , muy acogedor la abitacion y la vista, un lugar para relajarse y desconectarse , muy buena opcion para estar tranquilo y en coneccion con la naturaleza a 22 minutos de el aereo puerto. EL BAÑO UNA COSA LOCA MUY AGRADABLE.
La distancia hacia el aeropuerto no son 4 km como lo mencionan, es mucho mas lejos , 22 minutos en carro, sin embargo esta bien, se requiere mayor comunicacion con la recepcion , a la llegada no habia nadie, y si quiere uno preguntar o tiene ducas no hay en la habitacion un sisema de comunicacion , y por celular es dificil que contesten , tiene que uno busca alas personas.

El hotel está muy lejos de todo y también del aeropuerto. Sin carro no se puede hacer nada.
El entorno con inmersión total en la naturaleza, el personal muy servicial, la comodidad y limpieza. La comida excelente y de buen precio. Jonathan en la recepción, genial.

The Hotel grounds are very beautiful! The rooms are charming and very clean. The desin is very tasteful. Lots of green area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed staying with you.

This hotel is really lovely. It's part of a polo club, so there are 2 polo fields on sight and the entire property is just beautiful. Great amenities, customer service was top notch, rooms and clean and comfortable. There are 3 pools, one of which is heated, as well as a full gym with great views.
While the property is technically only 1.5 miles from the airport, it takes ~20-30 minutes to get back and forth, due to the geography of the area and road access.
We arrived pretty late due to a flight delay. We had selected this specific hotel for the on-site restaurant that would be easy for us to navigate after a long day of travel. I informed the property of the late arrival and they informed me the restaurant to be closed. They arranged for food to be waiting for us in our room which was so delicious! The care to make sure we would have dinner after a long day of travel was so appreciated.
The grounds were absolutely amazing. So enjoyed walking the grounds and visiting the stables with all the horses.
I'm usually pretty picky but I can't think of anything I didn't like about La Palma.
The beautiful surroundings, the horse stables, and the many opportunities for outdoor activities and recreation.
Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was no window or proper ventilation, making the room feel stuffy. The doors were damaged, and the main door lock did not work properly. The bathroom also had no window or ventilation system, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor.
We had requested an extra bed in advance, but it was not provided. As a result, the four of us had to sleep in one bed. Although the bed was large, it was not comfortable for four people, and we did not get a good night’s sleep.
The concept of the Polo Club is wonderful, and several of the amenities are very nice. The gardens are beautiful, and the rooms were clean. However, the overall quality of the rooms is disappointing due to poor construction, low-quality materials, and a lack of maintenance.
For example, the wooden wardrobes and doors were already damaged and looked worn, and the wooden flooring on the terrace was in very poor condition.
The bedroom could not be properly darkened because too much light came through the curtains, making it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the walls offer very little sound insulation. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from the neighboring rooms. On our first morning, we were woken up at 6:30 a.m. because the guest next door was talking loudly on her phone. It was a very disappointing experience and significantly affected our comfort.
