Disappointing. Not worth the price tag!
Pros:

Disappointing from start to finish! We had an early start the next day but were assured that someone would be at reception in the morning along with a boxed breakfast. We waited a while outside in the pouring rain, but no one came and we had to leave. Our room was uncomfortably cold and the small heater provided had little effect in such a big room. In addition, during the night it rained and a lot of water came through the ceiling in the bathroom making it very slippery. This is not what should be expected of a good quality hotel. When we sent a WhattSapp to the number we had been communicating on after the taxi to pick us up from the airport was 30mins late, it was completely ignored. Although described as an airport hotel and looks close on the map, it is actually a long taxi ride, several miles of which are along a very bumpy road.

Great country retreat by airport
Pros:

Perfect one-night stay before a flight. Wonderful outside pool, good restaurant, comfy beds. A few quirks - no accessible charging points, cold at night & hot in the day due to glass walls, no hairdryer or robes, broken floorboard, lacking lots on the menu, but otherwise a lovely country retreat by the airport.

Magical stay in the mountains
Pros:

It was such a beautiful peaceful setting. Spent a night here on the way back from the Galapagos Islands before heading home to Australia.

Absolutely not the properties fault but we didn’t have power for a lot of our stay as they had a lightning and rainstorm when we were there!
The staff were all so lovely, kind and helpful as much as they could be
