Encantada Tulum

My wife and I visited Encantada by chance on Dec 20, just to ask for directions. The receptionist gave us a wonderful tour of the place and allowed us to use the beach.

Thanks to Bibi I really enjoyed the place, and this will be my Togo place to stay during future visits. Thanks once again Bibi.

We had the most incredible stay at Encantada. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered and taken care of. We had the room Nube, one of their newest rooms. It was gorgeous and spacious and sparkling clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff are also really wonderful. They really genuinely care. We had breakfast included and enjoyed the granola and banana bread with amazing coffee latte every day. Ricardo and Angel the restaurant and beach staff were super nice and offered impeccable service. The beach and beach beds are so nice, everything is combed and set in perfection. We can't say enough good things about this. True relax luxury. We recommend this to anyone considering a really boutique experience.

Location is beautiful and quint. Rooms are a nice if you can get a beach front one. It felt like a home away from home. Such a nice vacation location

Spent 2 days at the beach club - when we paid the bill and left a 20% tip on the first day, the waiter asked for a personal tip on top of this. We politely declined and consequently were not served again at all on the second day.
Beach club is nice but not an enjoyable experience.

This was a very relaxing stay! The staff were fantastic! The only thing I could say is i think there should be a coffee maker and a tv for at night

Excellent service and location. Love the fact it's a small resort with just a few rooms so very private plus adults only. The only negative was the private dinner for what I expected and what was given was way overpriced.

This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location, and the service was excellent, the staff attentive, with great recommendations of tours, transportation, and rentals.

We loved this quiet destination in Tulum. Our room "Cielo" was fabulous with a great veranda and views of the beach. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We made good use of the bikes that they had available for heading out to lunch etc.
Unfortunately, we did not have great weather- apparently there was a hurricane brewing in the pacific- we could not go in the water and the seaweed bloom prevented us from taking long walks on the beach. We were told the seaweed dies down in June- be sure to check that out.
We still had a very relaxing time and ate great food. We felt very well cared for at Encantada Tulum.

My fiancé and I came down to scope out their sister property as our wedding venue together. The staff at encantada were super kind and attentive. We got a premium white lotus experience. :) comfortable beds, helping us get to anywhere we want to go, giving us great food recommendations in the area. We felt very taken care of for our whole stay.

We visited Encantada for our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. The staff were so kind and attentive, the beach was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the service was top notch. We also did a few excursions through the hotel and absolutely loved our guides! We felt so special throughout our stay and definitely hope to be back in the future.

Also, something to note is that June in Mexico is often sargassum season where there is a lot of seaweed coming up to the beach. However, Encantada had absolute kings out there cleaning it up each day which we were so grateful for. Truly incredible service all around. Would recommend Encantada to anyone coming to Tulum!

This was our first visit to Tulum and it was absolutely fantastic. The Encantada property is absolutely stunning, traditional setting in a tropical location with best views from the rooms on to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and thank you Liz with helping us arranging our future travel plans. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that would like to stay in the Tulum area. Hope to return one day and stay a bit longer. Daniel and Marie from Australia

This place is fantastic! The rooms are so well kept and nice... The location is like a dream spot walking out the door onto the sand... The service is above all and the staff is amazing. Some of my favorite parts of my stay were... fresh coffee on my patio every morning overlooking the beach and ocean... fresh ceviche delivered to our beach spot under the awning shade... Margaritas in abundance... and an overall cheery atmosphere created by the staff... I am forever changed after this trip. Highly recommend...

This was our second time visiting The Encantada. The first was our favorite vacation ever and the second did not disappoint. The entire staff took care and anticipated all of our needs. They even upgraded our room.

From the food, to the staff and the beach this place is unmatched.

My partner and I stayed at Encantada Tulum for 6 nights (April 29–May 6) to celebrate our anniversary, and it was honestly the most memorable hotel experience we’ve ever had. The team reached out weeks in advance to help us prepare for our trip, and once we arrived, everything was seamless — including our round-trip SUV airport transfer arranged through the hotel.

We stayed in the Arena Room, located directly on the beach. It was beautifully prepared with rose petals, prosecco, and a heart-shaped anniversary setup. The view from our deck was unreal, and all you could hear at night was the sound of waves — no crowds, no noise, just peace. The bed was a California King, AC worked well, and the room was cleaned daily (or on request).

We loved the breakfasts — especially the banana bread with yogurt, and lemon juice shots delivered every morning. You could even enjoy it right on the beach or your private deck. Their WhatsApp concierge service was truly next-level. We asked for everything from drinks and restaurant bookings to help with taxis, and always got replies within minutes.

One hiccup with traffic during a taxi ride was handled so kindly by Liz, our incredible concierge, who went out of her way to make us feel cared for, even surprising us with daily desserts and small floral touches in the room after that. She made a huge difference in our trip — we’ll never forget her kindness.

Encantada is perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone wanting a romantic, boutique beachfront escape with privacy and impeccable service.

We truly had the most amazing experience at Encantada. Everything was excellent. The staff was wonderful! The room was perfect. The beach there was beautiful. The hotel was close to everything with great restaurants and shops close by. We loved it!

Encantada provides a hidden sanctuary in the midst of Tulum. The space was designed perfectly to feel isolated on the beach. The rooms were beautiful, the food and cocktails excellent and the service was the best we’ve ever experienced. From the waiters to the concierge, the whole team was highly responsive and helpful with all our queries.
