Great stay in Pigeon Forge. Would recommend.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Great pizzas in the restaurant area.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

The physical facility was, at best, only average and not at all what I would expect for a Hilton Tapestry branded property. The average Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Double Tree or Spark hotel (also part of the Hilton brand, but much less expensive) are at least as clean and up to date as this property.
The customer service was almost nonexistent at this hotel. It started upon check-in when they failed to even recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. Sure, it's a little thing, but it was just the start of a very dismal Memorial Day weekend stay.
Upon going down to the lobby area for breakfast the next morning, I discovered that they did not have anything but a very weak light roast coffee which I found undrinkable. I inquired if they had any dark roast coffee and was told they only "had what they had". I proceeded to order a breakfast of pancakes, bacon and fresh fruit that was served to me with the pancakes so dry and burnt that they were almost impossible to even cut with a knife and the bacon was in a similar state. Needless to say, I complained to the person at the front desk and left feeling less than satisfied that my concerns were taken seriously. The next morning, I again tried their breakfast area and had a similar experience with everything I ordered, except the fresh fruit and the prepackaged pastries, being so over cooked that it was beyond edible. I had to leave the hotel to get something to eat.
The sheer lack of concern for the comfort of their guests and the rude dismissal of those that lodged a complaint about the food and beverage service (I know for a fact that they received numerous complaints other from me) have prompted me to write this scathing negative review and to also lodge a complaint with Hilton. This property has no business carrying the Hilton brand as part of their name. I have never received such poor service in over thirty years of being a loyal Hilton customer.
Save yourself from suffering the same fate and find another place to stay if visiting the Pigeon Forge area.

Lodge was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Easy access to other roads. Fairly quiet location ⁰
Pros:

Location was good. We did not eat breakfast, seemed pricey for what was offered. Parking was good. Accessibility was good. Staff was very pleasant. We were there for the car show so did not spend a lot of time at our room.

Cons:

In past years before my husband's death we always stayed front row at the street so we could watch cars from our balcony. So it was disappointing not having a view but nothing you could change.

Jesse should get a raise . She was absolutely great.
Pros:

Great location and restaurant and bar was fantastic. Front staff was great too. Especially Jesse was amazing. When things seemed like o get bad she made it better

Cons:

House keeping was awful. Didn’t clean room. Came and put washcloths in room but no towels. Didn’t make beds or take dirty towels.
