Amansari Hotel Nusajaya

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very co-operative and care taking. Breakfast for vegetarians were not at all great. I ate bread and butter and some fruits. Fried rice was prepared by chef but was average. Coffee experience was awesome.
No swimming pool and activities for kids at all. Outside of Hotel is not so great … location is very average.

Bathroom was in bad condition; toulet seat was broken, door latch was not working, and there was no curtain so bathroom was getting in a mess.

Sofa-bed was in terrible state; bed spring were poking.

The sofa bed was dirty but the hotel was able to provide me a bed sheet to cover the dirt.. toilets were not very clean.. buffet so so.. i hope they would improve on those aspects

Wrong room type was provided by hotel due to the incorrect information provided by Expedia.
Not able to resolve on site with no support from Expedia during night time.

I lost my wallet in the hotel, staff was patient and accommodating and found back my wallet with proper honesty.

It’s definitely a worthwhile stay with integrity

Good location with a lot of convenient shop around. Crowded for b’fast time and some guest noisy in the late hour.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, which totally look different from their advertisements on Expedia. We felt like we were catfished. The unbearable musky smell is too obnoxious, AC is NOT cold enough to give us a comfy stay. I called the reception and requested a room change but they didn’t even bother to make an effort. The toilet is yucky and flooring is sticky. They don’t even put towels inside and I have to call to their housekeeping.
I don’t think this is even a 4 or 3 star hotel. I will never come back in this hotel again.

Will never refer this location. Very bad

We have 3 people sharing the room. We only get towels/toiletries for 2 people. When the toilet paper was down to half roll. We called for more, they only brought one roll. The bathroom design allows water from the shower to floor the bathroom floor since there is no shower door/curtain. Our used coffee cups were not replaced with clean ones. Overall, we are disappointed with the housekeeping service.

So much mold in the bathroom.

Clean. Happy to stay in here but only thing that irritate us is about the FO processes.We think is a bit complicated. Accommodate guest need in non peak season not a hassle !!

Environment

Rooms were ok and there are some amenities around the area. But the towels smell a bit funny like it was not washed throughly. Overall a fair and reasonable hotel stay. Breakfast was good thou.

Family suite 1 - The room was comfortable for family. But no iron in the room. Nearby walking distance for halal food is only mamak restaurant.

Convenient location to Legoland. Dislikes e super hot lobby, little choice on breakfast selection

toilet choke. smells sh**ty. floor trap in toilet missing. soap holder shaky. cant put my bath foam. no towel rack in shower area. ac not working. adjust temperature to 16° but still room is warm. reception lobby no ac. hot and stuffy upon check in. breakfast is so-so. fried rice is hard. fried noodle is oily. not much variety. no bedroom slippers. staff is unhelpful. called front desk and operator multiple times but no reply. had to personally went down. was informed only 1 technician. 1 male staff was very rude. another hotel guest was giving feedback on her room but was shouted at and went into a back room and hurled vulgarities. he then took his bag and went home! parking is nightmare. alot of lots were taken up by tour buses.

No one pick up the front desk when need assistance . Too many PRC tourists to make noises during the night .

The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for 1 night and found the hotel and surrounding areas good. There are restaurants nearby, 7/11, medical shop/clinic and some street food options. The breakfast had a good spread and the aircon was working perfectly too. There is shared iron board in each floor which we did not use.

In bathroom, they should put shower curtain otherwise the whole bathroom gets wet .
