Just ok, semarang is a fascinating city but there are better hotels about in this price range.

Whilst the reviews for the hotel are great, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. I could hear all the neighbours talking and could also hear all the doors opening and closing throughout the hallway. The carpet in the room are also heavily stained and in desperate need of a replacement. However, the beds are comfortable and the cleanliness overall are good. So if you’re in desperate need for a place to stay for one night- this is fine, but if you’re a light sleeper. Don’t stay here

It’s very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was great too.

Hotelnya udah terlalu tua. Bau sekali di wc. Bau pembuangan.
Ranjang twin 1 bersih 1 tidak.
Hari pertama minta di bersihkan wc gak di bersihkan.
Hari kedua baru di bersihkan.
Minuman dll gak di refill lagi sampe harus kita yg minta.

The entire hotel is cramped from the lobby, elevator, restaurant, rooms. There was very little social distancing, its still a pandemic!!

Rooms were tiny for standard 4 star hotel in Indonesia.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, its a 3 star at most. Rooms quite small and toilet even smaller. The parking in building is impossible to maneuver, if you're driving from out of town better find another hotel.

Wonderful place !

Hotel maintenance very good, staff nice and friendly. Maybe one of the staff at the breakfast buffet should be training better, at least be nice to the customers (the one who made an egg). Other than that we have a nice vacation in Semarang.

Room very small, feels a bit too pricey

Not as good as the review, hotel is not so good maintained , breakfast not so good, little choice, no orange juice.
For the price I paid compare to the quality of hotel its far too expensive. The plus point only I request for reserve parking and they arranged for me

I left the hotel very early in the morning to catch a train. A day before; I asked for a take away breakfast if possible. On the check out day; they prepared a proper breakfast. I think it’s quite rare for a big hotel to genuinely prepare the request and it was really nice service indeed.

Very modern and clean hotel. Confortable rooms equipped with all amenities.

The location is very good with easy walking access to the old city, Chinatown and the railway station. Check in is on level 3 and security is pretty good.
