Great stay
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and clean. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The entire hotel is well maintained and looks beautiful. Location is a bit further out of the city, but we didn’t mind that.

Pros:

The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its stunning grounds. The beautifully maintained gardens, featuring a peaceful lake, gentle streams, and colourful Koi fish, offer a wonderfully tranquil setting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast; it offered a wide selection, and importantly, the food was consistently flavorful – a refreshing change. Our room was another plus point, being very spacious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom was in a poor state of repair and cleanliness. The shower had a cracked casing, causing a significant portion of the water to spray backwards onto the wall. The shower floor had a noticeable brown-stained ring around the edges. The toilet seat was stained brown and appeared very old/worn. We also observed brown mold along the sink's back edge where it met the wall. Additionally, the AC unit would occasionally start vibrating loudly during the night, disturbing our sleep.

Menginap di Westlake bagaikan mengisi kembali baterai "mood" .
Pros:

Stafnya ramah, pelayanan cepat, suasanya hotel tenang. Paling menyenangkan ketika menaiki kapal dan mengelilingi danau. Anak-anak juga senang ketika memberi makan ikan.

Cons:

Handuknya sudah perlu untuk diperbarui. Warnanya kusam dan berbau apek. Makanannya bervariasi hanya saja rasanya cenderung plain, sedikit garam, dan bumbu.

Superb
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Really nice surroundings with the lake that contains so many colorful fishes. The desk will handout food for the dfishws so you can feed them from your room. We extended our stay and next time when visiting Yogyakarta we will be back.

Pros:

If you want to stay at a place which provides many activities for kids and family. This place must be put in your lists when you visit Yogyakarta. The surroundings is refreshing as it has lake and the green space is superb. They have very responsive staff and you can rely on them. They also served a very nice meals as the restaurant was just across the resort but if you want to order foods from a delivery applications such as g*ab and g*jek they can bring it to the resort as well.

Cons:

The room it's not sound proofs so you can hear your next door neighbors.

Pros:

Honestly - I was out here for a business trip - the hotel had very good reviews but within an hour I made reservations at another hotel. The bed was extremely low and maybe slightly broken (it sunk in the middle). The sheets seemed yellow but it could have been the lighting. The shower had mold and brown broken tiles. Half of the sockets didn't work and I couldn't charge my computer or phone. It definitely needs some upgrades as it feels like it's from the 70's. The view was amazing and the fish food - however, I would not reserve this and would not recommend to stay here. Sorry.

It was good!
Pros:

The environment was so calm and greenery. There are a lot of activities inside the hotel

Cons:

The location is quite far from city center. Additionally, the room needs more maintenance especially the wall pain from outside
