Pros:

Great location for us. Friendly staff and very helpful. Security was also great.

Cons:

Very noisy lots of late night people traffic with door slamming and load talking.
Our window was broken and slightly open so our room smelled like dirty cooking oil from the exhaust from the bistro , I think it was also coming through the a/c. Only 1 shower working in a shared facility was of 3

Pros:

Location close to where I needed to go. Price was acceptable. Good that I could pay extra from my own private bathroom. Nice meals right downstairs. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

I knew it was above a pub but thought staff may have been more considerate when dealing with empty kegs & bags of cans etc at 1am in the morning outside windows of paying guests rooms. No lift so stairs were tricky with heavy bags & old bodies lol.

Pros:

Being able to get a refund of the extra night we had added on given the lack of sleep due to drunken behaviour of other guests. Apart from being within a 5min drive to the event we were attending over the 2 day weekend, I would not recommend this accommodation or make any future bookings.

Cons:

More honest advertising of what the room was like and the lack of facilities, eg no lift to upper floors, poor breakfast options, room size and no chairs to sit in only able to use the bed.
