Pros:

Cleanliness, easy process checking in and out, friendly staff

Cons:

There was a loud family in one of the rooms but they were quiet early enough in the evening so no need to follow up with staff

Disaster because of a slamming entrance door. How is possible other guests have not raised this ?
Pros:

It's a great room with a clean comfortable bed and the furnishings are good.

Cons:

This was my second stay , this time in Room 1 - it was a disaster. The main entrance door to NighCap at the bottom of stairs has a door that slams every time someone goes on or out. There is a loud bang that echoes up the stairwell and in Room No.1 in the middle of the night it is loud ! Until 2am I was woken up by the entrance door noise constantly and again at 6am every time someone came in or out .. it was ridiculous. I could not sleep for half the night and it ruined my next day. I would want to come back to NighCap but after that experience I am not sure .. fix the door with some kind of noise reduction so people are not kept awake all night !
